Worst service ever. My parcel is stuck with them for two weeks now and all I get is "we will escalate the matter". If I could I would give them no stars for this pathetic service.
Got scammed by a person who banks with Tymebank. I contacted the banks fraud department to state my case and evidence I had. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Tymebank asked for my phone number and that was last I heard from them. They dont even have the decency to phone me to get more information. Tymebank protects the fraudsters.
As ek minder as 1 ster kon gee sou ek dit doen. Swak diens, swak internet verskaffing. Fibre is gedurig uit by Sutherland, dan is daar weer "issues on the tower side". Verskonings, verskonings. Internet spoed van 1.57 download en 0.76 upload. Maar as betaal dag kom dan is hulle haastig vir hulle geld - maar hulle lewer nie die diens waarvoor die klient betaal nie.
On the 30th of December I ordered online from Walton's. I phoned the call center the first week in January to hear when I will receive my order as I never received a tracking number for my parcel. The lady was supposed to phone me back, which se never did. Eventually I received my order on the 14th of January. They sent me an item I did not order (and definitely don't want) and part of my order was missing. Once again the online department is supposed to phone me back. I do doubt if that will ever happen. Seems the online department is struggling at the moment.
If i could give less stars i would. They took our money and after cancelling the contract within 5 days they refuse to give back our money. Cant get a hold of the so called boss Mornè. They dont read emails or return phone calls. Stay far away from these guys - bunch of crooks

Elke einde van die maand as sassa uitbetaal is die bankteller of stukkend of van lyn af of leeg en dit is gewoonlik oor ñ naweek. Daar is net 1 bankteller en dit is ñ vreeslike frustrasie want as die bankteller oor n naweek leeg raak kom niemand om hom weer aan te vul nie. As die bankteller oor n naweek van lyn af gaan is daar ook niemand wat dit kan regmaak nie. Einde van die maand is die ry mense wat wil geld trek gewoonlik ook lewenslank omdat daar net 1 bankteller is. Daar is ook geen skaduwee vir mense wat in die ry moet wag nie. Dit gebeur elke einde van die maand. Kan ABSA asb aandag gee aan hulle bankteller op Fraserburg.
