I ordered food with a PIN so that on delivery driver would need to get the PIN before he hands food over. He left the food somewhere which was not my office or stole it. Not sure. He didnt follow protocol and to date Uber does not want to refund my money. So bottom line is that you cant trust Uber PINS as the drivers will do what they want with your food once you paid and Uber will still keep your money with no food received. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM. Rather buy from direct supplier who will care more about service on their brand.
I have been paying HTN Attorneys for just over a year now and since December, I have been trying to get hold of them on their landline as well as emails. None of which work. This is really scary as I have no way of contacting people who are takin funds off my account.
I ahve been trying since 2022 to make arrangements to pay off my account but I cant get hold of HTN on the phone nor do they answer my mail. I am on debt review and I am stuck. Like none of the numbers work. The business world has fell on its head.
I have dealt with makanda for a while. They have always had poor service in terms of their replies and taking 3 to 4 days with payday loans but it has now gotten to a horrible service state. Previous month they sent me a debicheck which I accepted only to find that it was R500 less than what I signed for. This month they sent a debicheck on Friday where I am still waiting for money and find today that they cancelled my loan after a debicheck was signed. These guys are ***** and I cant get hold of them on the phone nor do I get replies to my mail
I am waiting since last week Wednesday 30 August 2017 to date for a sim swop. I have called on numerous occasions daily to check on the status of my sim swop as well as find out why this is taking so long. No one was able to assist in resolving the problem and when I ask to speak to the person that can actually help and action the sim swop, there is no one who can help me. The customer care agents tell me the same thing constantly which is that my request has been submitted and they dont know why it is taking so long. I dont know what else to do and this is becoming very frustrating as I cant get Cell C to help as this is a contract phone. I sent emails for assistance but no one is reply since the only reply where they asked for my ID number. I replied with my ID but no reply since then. It is taking over a week and still no sim swop. What do I do. I am concerned that something underhanded is going on as my sim swop has not been done, the airtime that comes with it is renewed on the 08th of every month so the airtime for the August into Sept will simply fall away. I am starting to think that maybe they want to stall until the new month. Unbelievably bad service. An entire week and no help from them just the repetitive response. So sick of it. Wish I could get an answer/resolve.
