After several times having exellemt custommer servise from frindly Boxer Mbazwana staff, today 15December 2025 i was so disaponted with the way Sanele (observed in her name tag) the way she treated me👎 So i came to buy a full ready coocked Chicken, not knowing that i should get a 2lt of Pepsi free, that was after i have already paid for a Sprite 2l. Nombuso came tobremind the cashier that i shouod get the Pepsi 2l l. That when Sanele which i believe she is a suoervisor started to assist in doing the correction, then she asked me to sign the invoice, i could ask her wher to sign she never keep engaged with me i then had to sign she could shout at me saying blamimg me i sogn the invoice wherr iwas not suposed to sign, i told her that i asked tonmake sure but there was no engagement, that teally did not make me feel well
I saw an advert on sociak media of Toyotawin/okbet thought it a legit gambling site after signing up and and played with the bonus they gave me, i was then tild that i need to make a minimum deposit of R350 so i can activate a withdrawal, i then bought 1 voucher fir R400 and redemed ti this platform after few minutes i realise the redemtion was not processed, i then contacted their online suport tap they said i must wait it will show, after chating ti them it updated i then trued to withdraw i could not. Went back to chat tab the refrred me to their facebook manager wher the prrdin i was chatin to refused to give me his/her name, but tild me i need to do another deposit of R400 to unlock Vip2 so ican able tp wothdraw my winnings which ended up to +R40000. After it all it started to triger to me that this looks like a ****
What a wow👌♥️ Experience I have received from Siya Mhlongo the petrol attendant, Prudence the Cashier and their Line Manager at MANGUZI TOTAL. this happen after worse experience I reviewed about The Cashier at Hluhluwe Total. You Manguzi guys have made it easy for me yes the attendant and cashier were uncertain about the process they called their Line Manager I nfortunately did not observe his Name. Keep up the Good Work Guys this showed me you are keen to learn. May the Growth come upon u guys. It's what you do today that determine where u gonna be tomorrow.
Good day... I have just stopped at total garage in Hluhluwe around18.49pm on the 10th May 2024 wanted to buy with my old mutual rewards. The cashier Nobuhle Mabika observed in her name tag. Took my cellphone with her for about 3 minutes when she came back she told me that the Manager refused access to help me saying I should come back during the day. For ifthe wicode declined they make a phonecall. I asked to see the manager but Nobihle said the manager has gone already. I showed and told her that I am not happy she insisted that nothing can be done the managers word is final. I am NOW 19H30 stranded I wanted to get fuel to reachMbazwana as Mbazwana has no Total garage. Now I am waiting forMashonosato lend me money to keep my journey
I went to Spar esikhawini to buy airtime. Tills are at the entrance of the store, the security guard whom was not wearing even his name tag and refused to give me his name, he said "uzolenzani Igama lami?" Did not allow me to enter as I was carrying my bag with my working material, cellphones tablet and my diaries, he didn't even want to get an explanation from me what is in my bag, I had to send my colleague to go buy for me because the parcel counter is far next to another shop it easy to forget you parcel This was not the first time o got an bad attitude from the Spar security guards,after they did not allow me to enter the store because of my bag, while other customers walks freely with their bags.at first place I reported it to the store manager who explained to me the procedure and promised to speak to the security guard so they be consistent and make sure they treat customers fairly and equally The manager took my telephone number and promised to give me feedback which he never phoned me up until the very same issue happened again, I then phoned him again and reported it again, he ended up saying he hardly hear me . I then had a hope that as he recognized me he will phone me back with a feedback but he didn't This did not meet my expectations, atleast if the parcel counter should be right at the entrance like I used to observe in other stores, and if they can make it a rule atleast that the guard check the bag in and out for customers who want to buy goods and or services that are right in the tills
I am very Confused the way KEVIN Mbazwana Build it New Manager the way he Talked tome after i got That Zamile Ntsele who has been Suspended from work with an Pending investigation against Her, i used to pop in the store to check Zamile Ntsele (my Bilogical Sister) Last Week i poped in as usual to check my sister i found that in not there as i know almost everyone at Build it Mbazwana, They Refered me to the Management for more Clarity of what happened to Zamile, I spoke to Kevins Father whom they work together, The Old man Explained to me that Zamile is Suspended with a Full Pay there is an Pending Investigation against her, I then seen that this is a serious isue, i told the Old Man that i woul like if i will be allowed to discus this but need to first here from Zamile what Happened because i Know by Law They are not alowed to disclose Confidential informatin. i made time to see Zamile because we dont stay together full time, when i inteviewed her i found that 1 They Didnt Give her a Propre Suspension letter that would have stated a Charge(s) laid against Her, The letter She seen that they didnt give it to her she had to take a Picture of it, The letter states that She is suspended up untill the investigation done she need to report or communicate with Kevin through Telephone Call, betwen time range they stated on a letter NO REASON or CHARGES listed on the letter, while on the other side if they see me in store the wanted to call me To Chat with me i promised that i will come when i have time for now i am busy with preparing docs needed for my new Jod i just got. i made anothe time i asked for the Manager Kevin he explained to me that Zamile was Given a letter of suspension with all details he then told me that the Hearing will be on the 28th of November 2019. Today 27th of November 2019 a day before the Hearing i went to ask and confirm the hearing for Zamile is still Gonna be held because that info was given to Me Not Zamile, Up to Now she dont know anything about the hearing for Tomorow, Today I poped in at Build it i Asked to speak to Kevin the Security Directed me to Kevin I showed my face and asked to have few seconds of his time and if is it right to chat with his in the office wont i inteupt the working, he said no ut fine, he just Got High and took all chances to talk i was not given a chance to talk wich i complied with it as he mentioned that they have opened a cace and it looks like they have a problem with my family. which leaves me with a Huge Confusion Because it only Zamile Who is Working (currently suspended) at Build it i am totaly confused of woh can they have a problem with Zamil's Family????
I went with my GrandMother at Esikhawini Mall (SPAR) on the 1st of November 2019 for my Grany's Pension Payout, Due to a number of people were there we had to wait in a que from 9am to 16pm. That we did not worry about it. The problem started when we were on the que, i asked my grany to stand on the line while i went back in the fridge to get Water, when i got back noticed my Grany stood aside to let coming people go first while waiting for me, i then joined the que, i were informed by the last person i found on the que that cashier said she is Closing no one to join the que after that Last person on the que. I explained to the person informed me that as she found my Grany standing next to the que we actualy came firts even before her so i will explain if the cashier asks why, i then started to inform those u came aftr me on the que they understood. When i was next on que. Cashier started to ask me this way " Wena ke ungene kanjani ngoba ngithe u sisi lo angivalele??" I explained same as i explained to her that my grany was here before u anounce that u closing. She continued threatening me that she can even move me back to a longest que. I couldnt say a word aftr i said " This just makes me Laugh because i think you are not serious about this" she stoped scanning my items for few seconds Shouting at me Loud mentioning words that touched my heart " USALINDEN PHO AWUHLEKI NGANI ? UNGAZONGIJWAYELA WENA.? i even had enough time to unlock my phone and seach a recording app unfortunately i had no memory on my phone i would have recorded. I then asked her name (Cashier) as she was not wearing Name Tag, she refused to give me her Name. I then asked one of the employees if can i see the manager. She told me the Manager has nocked off.i asked for anyone in management they called Management for me. I just gave her a brief about my experience and iformed her about my experience i asked the cashiers Name told me Her name is Zama (mind you she was not wearing a name tag) also told her that as i dnt hv enough time will have to post this somewhere. And i hope if this complan comes through this way it might bring kind of a good lesson even to other staff. I have confirmed the Name on my Receipt also recorded Zama
I was driving to durban on the 08th of September 2017 early betwn 4-5am assisted by Mr Ngobese(observed in his Name tag), Ngobese filled up the petrol in the truck he reminded me to get the Milage ready, i told him that i just need to go but somthing inside, he said i can just pay for petrol as well, i said it fine, aftr he filled up fuel i then recorgnised that i needed to check oil in ths truck, i asked his to assist me so i can swipe the card once, he only replied: "Just Pay' which he stated in Zulu " Khokha' i then reperted, can you pls help me to check oil for if i may be in need, i just make one transaction fo all, be replied. "khokha" i the just paid for petrol only as he did now want to help me check the oil, when i was talking to my guys in the truck, he just interveaned in our conservation says "i dont know what i am talking about" i decided to drive further to the next garage for assistant. What a bad service received from Ngobese, i hope he doesnt do this continuously
