I am a small business and was told by Coke I can no longer buy directly from Coke due to my purchases being too low. I thought this was great as Metro Cash and Carry is cheaper. Little did I know I am not going to be able to keep my fridges full as Metro is constantly out of stock. I contacted Coke and asked if I could buy directly from their depot which is about 2km from my shop. I was promptly told NO due to my purchases being too small and I have to buy from Metro which I am unable to do due to no stock at Metro. I once again contacted Coke and spoke to a lady Vuyo who found it rather amusing that I was so upset and laughed at me while repeating the same thing "You need to buy from Metro". The small people are clearly not important to Coke and the people you need to deal with regarding any issues definitely do not put customers first unless you are a multi-million rand customer. How do small businesses grow and survive if these huge companies are not prepared to assist and help small companies? I have always believed in Coke and truly believed they stuck to their values, unfortunately, I am very disappointed.
Hi All They built a pool for me and finished on 6 Jan 2020. I had some problems later on with the paving sagging dramatically on the one side of the pool and the pool light turning upside down. I tried calling again and again but Deon does not answer your calls. So be careful to use the company as once the pool is done and you have problems afterwards, he won't answer calls to sort them out. I went into FNB Kremetart centre on 8th August Saturday afternoon to the inclosed room with one door for entrance and exit to the ATM'S only to find there is no hand sanitizer for customer available which is the law for businesses to provide. I then went to FNB Murry Ave to do some banking on the 11th August only to find there is no hand sanitizer at the ATM'S for there customers but when you go into the bank itself then it looks as if they only want to protect their own staff as there is hand sanitizer inside. This ATM area is also an enclosed room with one entrance and exit door. I find this is so poor as FNB should be one of the leading examples of preventing COVID 19 spread. Hundreds of people are touching the ATM buttons all day long and we as customers of your would like to hand sanitize before using the machines. I hope FNB can change this type of complacency of adhering to prevent the further spread of COVID 19.
The company of empty promises, lies and staff that don't give a damn. I purchased a computer on 30/01/2020 on line. I received confirmation of my purchase on 30/01/2020 where it clearly states free delivery within 2 to 5 working days. On 5/02/2020 I phoned Incredible Connection to follow up on my delivery only to be informed it has not been dispatched or even marked on their system for dispatched. I then called again and spoke to the following people Sumaya, Nadin, Gontso and finally spoke to Shoba who claimed that she was a manager. Shoba promised to give me feedback needless to say on 6/02/2020 still no feedback. I even sent emails requesting feedback and still nothing. In the interim, I also placed orders with Loots and Takelot both orders have been received. This service is unacceptable no wonder so many companies are closing down and retrenching people. Incredible Connection has demonstrated a total lack of care when it comes to customers. I will definitely not be buying from them again. Unprofessional liers employed at Incredible Connections
WEST PACK HARTBEE****RT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Today I was at the NEW West Pack Hartbee****rt store to shop for items I saw on promotion on their website. When I had finished shopping I decided to check the prices that were advertised on the website as the prices on the shelf did not match as per advertised. After been told these items are not on special I requested to speak to the store manager about the advertised specials on the website, we even googled the website together to confirm that these items are on the website under the heading "ON PROMOTION". As this was validated he proceeded to phone his regional manager about this issue with the promotion items, he then got back to me and told me this is not for this store. I asked him how this is possible as the website does not say it's stores specific, as to the promotions advertised on it. I then asked for the two regionals managers names and telephone numbers so I could contact them and he told me he is not allowed to give them to me. How is this possible as that is what they are there for, to handle customer complaints that the store could not solve. Without customers, there would be no store. Then I proceeded to ask for his full name and surname and was also told that he was not obliged to tell me. The attitude and unpleasant shopping experience at West Pack Hartbee****rt " which is the first time shopping at one of these stores" has put me off for life. The poor thing is the deception and dishonesty of advertised items on West Packs website that are not honored at store level leading people to come and buy under false advertising.
