I'm sick of contacting your service desk. Problem is esculated and esculated and marked urgent but nothing happens. You are happy to take my money but not interested in sorting out my internet.
PLEASE get some support for your customers I am trying to log into my TomTom account. I have forgotten my password. I never receive the password reset email. Support bot just goes in circles No support email available, maybe you can pass this on the correct department

I get a review and add my business details creating a business page. One of your consultants sets up a remote meeting with me to explain the advantages, there are no costs unless you have a bigger Company that is pushing reviews regularly. Now I want to invite a customer to do a review and I have to upgrade and pay before I can do anything. Great service from our service watchdog.....

All I want is a refund of the illegal deductions on my bank account and a PROPER cancellation of my service. Go fetch your radio - I don't care if there is an alarm activation at 2 in the morning, I don't care if there is a power failure.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sort this out.</p>
My vehicle was booked in with an approved repairer on 9 June 2015, on 10 June my claim was submitted.<br> You have asked for and received reports on the damaged injectors.<br> What is wrong with the injectors? - \leaking under pressure"They NEED to be replaced. End of story"
I had an issue with a Mastercraft Garage Creeper wheel and searched all over for a replacement wheel. Unable to find one I then used the Mastercraft website enquiry.<br> <br> Xoliswa Dali informed that Mastercraft Tools have a lifetime warranty and I should take my creeper to Builders or Makro. I dropped it off on 5 January at Builders Strubens Valley.<br> <br> Builders has phoned me 3 or 4 times to tell me they are still waiting for feedback. C'mon - just send me my product back and I will use it as it is, better than not having this product when I want to use it.<br> <br> Mastercraft answered on my original complaint that they would look into it. BWAHAHAHAHA - they are a funny crowd.<br> <br> Absolutely ZERO service<br> <br> At least Phone Me - You have my number as part of this complaint.
