<div>Last year before we went into level 5 lock down we made payment to The Umhlanga Function Venue for my night before my wedding. Since we went into lock down we were told we number 52 on the list to be refunded etc. I was even told where did I expect her to get rent and good money during that time hence she can’t refund me. I tried to find another solution. I asked her to cancel the event and provides deco to my wedding venue for that cost. Covid still need s around. I now had to under go a major operation and be put out of work for 6 weeks. I have asked her to please refund me a lil each month. Even R2000 as this will put good on the table. She refuses. There were far smaller businesses then hers that I paid d and when I asked for a refund it was given. This is purely business and they are sitting with some of my life savings. I have been in and out of hospital and yesterday under went a full hip replacement and I can’t work. This lady is more interested in telling me that she couldn’t send her son to university this year. I don’t owe her money it’s the other way around I paid for a service that I never obtained and now when I ask for even R2000 monthly I have to hear how hard she is finding it yet her venue is booked and people are have functions there. The first time I asked for a refund last year I was told how do I expect her to pay her rent and put food on her table during lockdown but they were buying brand new vehicles and telling me an obscene number in the line for a refund. This is business, I have saved my life saving to pay for these things only for her to be the one supplier out of everyone always ways making excuses to justify her lifestyle. She has a business, she has clients, people are booking the venue which she post about daily. How do you live with your self posting how many different things you are making for your family to eat yet you take my money and say you don’t make even 2k a month to give me towards what I paid.</div>
Two weeks ago I went to Land Rover Sandton as a buyer. A guy by the name of Andrew in new car sales assisted me. I was clearly from the start that I have a 420i bmw that I would to trade in and maybe spend a little more and get a First edition. The short fall on the bmw was high therefore I suggested maybe a older model suv. I spent two and a half hours at this dealership and the only deal this guy was willing to try and help me with was a new ranger for 1.3 million ( R23000pm installments) or take a 3 year old ranger with high millage for R930000.00. Which makes no sense as I am trying to reduce cost and be able to structure a deal with residual. All my fica, bank statement were email to finance while I was at the brunch. Before I could leave the show room the sales guy Andrew tells me just keep in mind that your application maybe declined. Not sure why any sales men when make a obscene comment to a customer who is serious about purchasing. Two days later I contacted Land Rover Sandton to ask what’s going on., the sales man clearly wasn’t hungry enough for the sale so he didn’t bother telling me I was approved for both car applications. I requested the approval to be sent to me and from what I saw the customer interest meant nothing as the wanted me to pay prime plus 5% with out residual over 6 years on the car. I immediately contacted BMW sandton and explain what poor service Range Rover gave me. BMW was able to do an approval for the top of the range x3 with all the extras with an amazing rate where my installments would go down to R16100 pm. The document were ready the same day along with the OTP. I contacted Andrew to maybe give him another shot at this deal and his immediate words to me was that my deal with bmw finance is declined and there’s no way I can get that interest rate. So I email all the docs incl the bmw approval to him. Then too he tells me my deal is declined. I have an excellent credit score and I have never been declined for anything ever before. My heart was truly set in the Land Rover so I connected Range Rover Fourways. Spoke the the new car sales manager Kevin. He sent me pic of all the stocker he had. The next day I receive approval with an even better rate and I’m taking my car from Fourways instead. A lesson to be learnt for Range Rover. Sandton, don’t judge a book by its cover. A client can tell they can only spend R16000.00 pm on a car installment you as a sales men should not already think this person can afford this car so you take it on your self to tell the client they will be declined. I also contacted the dealer principal at Range Rover Sandton and explain what has happen he to date hasn’t made contact with me regarding this matter. From a personal point of view I personally feel I got treated and judged at Range Rover Sandton because of the color of my skin. And how I was dressed. I’m writing this review because I feel that by now a females should t be judged when she walks into a car sales showroom and not given a second look at because of the color of their skin as well. I can now say I am extremely happy with the service I did receive from the new car sales manager at Fourways Land Rover Kevin and his team are amazing and going forward that would be my dealership of choice to anyone.
This was the worst service I ever received. I will never order from mr delivery ever. To night due to your driver getting lost I felt unsafe. Firstly why does Mr delivery not have the same privacy settling as Uber eats. You guys give drivers our cell numbers to harass us. This eve my driver was lost after I gave him directions. I was home a alone tonight and my husband was at work. I called mr delivery to cancel the order as it was late and the good would be cold. The driver still came to my house and parked me in my garage and refused to move off my property. I had to call the call center and report his behavior while he kept calling me on my cell. This was such a scary experience. I almost called SAPS. The call center agent at mr delivery had to log so many messages to get the back office to tell him to leave. I am so traumatized by this. It’s almost 1am and I’m scared to sleep as this man has my phone number and address. Please could you escalate this email further and get management to contact me ASAP.
I pre ordered the Rolando edition FIFA 2018 from dion weird online store. Paid more then the average Fufa 2018 as the selling point if the game is that you get to play the game 3 days before the release date which is today. I called the call centre who asked me to call the Gateway store as they have no idea what I am talking about regarding the data cods needed to play the game before the release date. I finally got hold of someone at the store. Literally no one, not even the manager knew what I was talking about! He said he will find out and call me back immediately. That was at 13:00 today. Still no feedback. I have paid extra to receive an edition of FIFA that allowed me to play 3 days before the release date but todate Dion Weird store and online call centre staff have no clue about the product they are selling. Not even the gaming star. At the store have a clue. This is false publicity to the consumers as many have waited for one of the best game in EA gaming history to be released only for us to be utterly disappointed with poor service and staff who have no knowledge of their product!
