A special delivery was made early for Mother's Day. The flowers were fresh, brightening up the room and my Mother's face. Delivery was completed early this morning, just an extra day of colour for my special Mother.
Despite cancelling subscription and them confirming cancellation successful they have taken off 2 months subscriptions. Can only make contact via email
I changed a flight that I had booked through eDreams. When we arrived for the flight I was not booked on the flight to find out that eDreams had in fact not paid the money to the airline (after 3 weeks of payment). Now battling to get a refund. They say that it takes the airlines 3-6 months to refund back to them but they did not pay over the funds to the airline. You battle to speak to anyone as they are not fluent in English. The app is a robot that you battle to get past to speak to a human agent and then they just give you the run around will promises of emailed updated but nothing comes through.
We recently signed up for an upgrade to our present package. Salesman sold us a package and we paid upfront. After a few hours we were advised by our accountant that the package was the wrong package and they should have upgraded us to a package at less the price. The incorrect was a package that was becoming "old" in a couple of weeks. Its now over a month and we are still waiting for feedback and refund from Sage Pastel. Telephonically the salesman is on top of his game but is nowhere when it comes down to the nitty gritty. Worst of all is that you can not even get hold of anyone on their telephone lines to sort this matter out. Over promise and under achieve
I purchased a bracelet online in May 2018. As of 21 December 2018 I have received the order. They were communicating with me via email when they felt like updating me after asking. In October 2018 I requested a refund as this was one of the options they gave me. After agreeing to the refund they have not answered one of my emails. No bracelet, no refund. I can send a query on their website but when it comes to the capcha verification it is not accepting any of the entries. I believe this is a scam. http://hwnw.helpserve.com/default_import. They advertise on Facebook - beware!
No service once you have paid for what you want to order. Not much to say except for pathetic and amateur
