Shout out to Just Carz Vanderbijlpark, We received EXCEPTIONAL service from Francois he always goes out of his way to try and assist, they really do go above and beyond. I would recommend Just Carz!

Poor service
after logging a call back 2 times and 5 emails later over 5 days as a potential new client no response at all. and all you see on all the comments is a generic message "Megasurf's reply: 15 Apr 2021, 14:08 Good day Irene O, sorry to hear about the troubles you have experienced. Would it perhaps be possible for you to provide us with a ticket number or reference number for your fault? We would like to have this escalated to the proper team for investigation. Regards. Poor service
extremely poor service. Dispatch date was set 2 weeks after the order/paid date then on the 13th (2 days after) the dispatch date i get an email stating they do not have stock on the items. really if you cant supply the product then dont put it on the website. ill never use loot again or recommend the rather got to takealot
