They never get tired of their none deliverable service, with no service values. I have had no internet service since the 8th of July, reported the matter on the 11th july, did multiple follow ups, their technician came on Monday 17th but still referred me back to metro_fibre, I have been calling requesting assistance and escalation, but nothing has been done, asked to speak to their manager, and I was told Lana chelin will contact me and that was last week Sunday and to date no call was received. Ticket number, 230711180127953847085 calls ref 317525. It's been over a year with same numerous frustrating monthly issue with internet connection and not once does one log a request for the matter to be resolved timeously. On top of that, the debit order goes through as full payments but the service paid for is not delivered. I was told another technician will call yesterday but still waiting.
I fail to understand the level of metro_fibre's incompetency in handling queries, escalation and service delivery. Just like before, I have requested assistance due to network /connectivity being down since Thursday, to date no one has made contact, I called 3 times yesterday and I was told twice that the manager and Linda (the consultant who was rude and left me on hold for 34 minutes until I hanged up) will return the calls but no one did. Can someone please provide me with contact details of ur Head.......
I recently got told by property care taker manager named Godfrey that the is a gas pipe installed on an empty space next to my residential property however the information was never disclosed both myself. I was told in 2015 and 2016 that the is water pipes there during the sale process, the is no sign installed for safety precautions, the area is turned into a damping arear and the care taker has been refusing to maintain /clean it for the past 7 yrs for safety and security of the community , which resulted in a financial cost to me for having to clean and remove that rubble. I'm so sick of it and from valumex it seems no one cares...... Can someone please assist and look into this.
Metro_fibre with its Pathetic service delivery, line constantly down-no internet since 30th Dec 2022 and the is no sense of urgency , only to be told by their contractor that they are fully booked to attend to the complaint,referred me back to metro_fibre, requested escalation only to be told that the metro_fibre manager is busy. I'm still waiting for a call. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!! .
I logged a claim to have my windscreen replaced with budget insurance. I was told someone from Glasfit will call me and someone did call to confirm which area am I from and advise that Glasfit near me is Bryanston Branch . To my surprise, to date no one has contacted me. I followed up and spoke to Siya, who then transferred me to someone in Glasfit bryanston and the guy told me he is sorry and will get my claim sorted. They have a lot of claim to deal with. To date no call , or update whatsoever . This morning I called them to follow . spoke to Siya again and who said he is unable to get through to Bryanston. When I asked to speak to someone senior, siya didnt want to provide me with information, and refused as he said he would rather send an email to bryanston for someone to call and he will also call me back to follow up and see if I was contacted or not. I'm still waiting and so shocked at the level of their services to customers. They are unprofessional and unreliable. Lack of customer service and pathetic service delivery.
