I purchased a rearview camera from Autosupply. When I opened the box to do the installation I found the cable inside that connects the mirror to the camera was non-functional. Very sad to supply faulty equipment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Supersonic keeps on debiting my account after I canceled subscription Absolute ridiculous how they cannot resolve the issue.
It is incredibly frustrating! When you sign up for a service, especially one that involves technician visits, you expect them to deliver on their promises. It’s tougher when customer service is unresponsive, web site designed to their benefit and not the customer. Disappointing experience ........................
Auto Supply- That sounds incredibly frustrating! It's always disappointing when companies prioritize profit over providing helpful guidance or solid customer support. Dealing with issues like getting the wrong product or trying to get a refund can feel like a huge hassle, especially when you're left to figure things out on your own. Try reaching out to them for my refund is a difficult process................
Sad to see a company can take your money in a second and know that the product will never arrive. I would like to see the owners of Reliable store gets prosecuted. Unfair to ***** millions and get away with it !!!!!!!!!
After I Burst cancelled their service agreement, they still put debit orders through my account. I have put a stop order against them but they change the amount every month. They don't answer their phones or respond to emails. This is fraud against 1000's of ex customers that they let down.
