GREAT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH !!! Absolutely great service received from Trojan. From submitting the case to Thokozani Nhlapo ( customer service agent)to the technican Keabetswe Modisi, they were really helpful and assisted me in getting my treadmill up and running again in less than a week

!!!!!TAKING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM!!!!
My contract was cancelled in MAY!!!, R300.00 was paid to cancel it. Every month they try to debit my account. This month they took R900. (5mnths after cancelling) Now I have to go to the bank and reverse MY MONEY, that you took without my permission. You are the worst people I have dealt with EVER!!!!

My contract was cancelled in MAY!!!, R300.00 was paid to cancel it. Every month they try to debit my account. This month they took R900. (5mnths after cancelling) Now I have to go to the bank and reverse MY MONEY, that you took without my permission. You are the worst people I have dealt with EVER!!!!
