Cielo homeware store
The customer experience when purchasing online at ceilo is atrocious. Firstly the website does not even mention whether an item is out of stock. When the expected delivery date arrives, no notification of a delay is given due to no stock. I have attempted to reach someone who can help me 7 times - the call center is always busy, emails are ignored, and the chat service is of absolutely no help. Please do not make the mistake of ever shopping online at ceilo.

Exactly why mango’s atrocious service made them fail in South Africa
I ordered garments from mango online and after a few days I received a notification that my purchase was to be delivered in 2-6 working days. It’s been a month and I have had no help or indications from either mango or their courier company of choice, aramex. I asked for a ln estimated delivery date: no response. I asked for a refund: no response. Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your money.

Turn your holiday into a nightmare
STA Travel service is an absolute joke. I had the rotten luck of booking a holiday through Babongile Njilo who made the entire process, every step of the way, as painful and anxiety ridden as possible. This woman clearly hates her job as she will fail to do even the basic minimum for you. I have explicitly asked her for contact details in the case of an emergency while abroad and she ignored the request over and over. What exactly are you avoiding/hiding Babongile? While abroad, the threat of an imminent natural disaster prompted me to plan an early evacuation if necessary: Babongile couldnt be bothered to respond. Infact, she didn't even bother warning us that there was a natural disaster warning! Once the trip was booked and paid for no reciept was provided, only adding to the anxiety of the holiday. My advice to anyone looking to use STA travel: don't. Save yourself the frustration.

Step on the nightmare of a rollercoaster
Cher Rene Nel is only about the glitz, glamour and money. Don't, for one second, believe her when she says she would like to help you. This woman will take your money, infect your mind and scare you for about 15mins, a whole hour after your scheduled appointment, then vanish and ignore you as her assistant tries to reschedule you over and over. The shadiness continues as she only schedules readings over whatsapp call, which she doesn't answer. Save yourself the emotional rollercoaster and stay clear of Psychic Cher Nel. You will not get what you paid for, or what was promised, Cher does not care for the common man. As for you Cher, stop playing with people's lives.
