I have requested a refund from Truworths on a faulty new watch , I have even sent them emails, different people are responding and no one is resolving my query, I want my refund
Extremely poor service & poor product quality on watches, very poor turnaround time from their call centre to resolve queries
Poor eWallet charges, R310, I didn't even know I'm being charged R2 + R2 per R100, I cannot even get a debit order reversal , what on earth is going with this bank
I have logged a call to downgrade my Private Clients account to a normal Gold Cheque account on the 6th April, till today, I have not yet received any feedback from FNB, the bank charges are horrendous, can I please get help, then I'll definitely move my salary next month to another bank, I paid around R800 in charges last month and even this month I am on R759 worth of bank charges, waaaaay more than the R399 monthly account fee, I do have a reference number and now when I want to do a follow up I'm number 97 in que,
I have sent more than 4 emails enquiring about short delivered items on my last order with them. Its been over a month there is still no response. I even contacted their contact centre and someone promised to call me back since last week. I regret why i even opted to buy from these people
Howcome i keep having abnormal charges. Last month I had charges for items paid while there was no funds in my bank account(apparently), and its R110 per transaction. Shouldn't the card decline? Now this month i have got bank charges worth R700. This can't be right really?! I am so unhappy because i have been with FNB for a couple of years now and this has never occured.
I AM NEVER GOING TO USE AN FNB TEMPORARY LOAN EVER AGAIN! OR MAYBE ITS TIME I SWITCHED BANKS?! I TOOK A TEMPORARY LOAN ON THE 22 SEPTEMBER, I NEEDED MONEY TO PAY FOR MY DAUGHTERS SPECIALIST BILLS AS OUR MEDICAL AID FUNDS ARE EXHAUSTED. THE MONEY WAS NOT ENOUGH SO I MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENT AND GOT MONEY DEPOSITED INTO MY FNB ACCOUNT, INSTANTLY, ON THE 4TH OCTOBER, THE TEMPORARY LOAN REPAID ITSELF IN FULL. ITS SAID THAT WE HAVE 31 DAYS TO PAY AND THAT SOME DEPOSITS PAID INTO YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE USED. HOW DOES IT USE ALL THE DEPOSITS MADE INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR SETTLEMENT? EVEN WHEN I STILL HAVE 31 DAYS TO PAY? I CONTACTED FNB AND EXPLAINED TO THEM MYU CURRENT SITUATION AND THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO REVERSE THE MONEY, SORRY!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS UPSET!
