Having to pay for the accounting mistakes made by Osidon
Been a client for years, it started with a new accountant every so often. No it has become known that there were mistakes made that we have to pay for, penalties for wrong submissions. NIGHTMARE!! Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Harassing, Rude phone calls from call centre .
This company keeps on phoning me and trying to get hold of my husband. A extremely rude lady phoned and said I must give her his number and that she wasn't selling cell phone contracts?? As I told that I wasn't going to give her any personal informations as I don't know why she is phoning she rudely put the phone down in my ear. I don't know how many times must we say that we are not interested at all!!! Stop phoning us we will most definitely never go with a company that is so desperate for sales that they harass and treat people rudely. Train your staff properly and maybe you'll get more sales. They also phone from private numbers now.

Fraud Insurance Billing
For some reason Foschini Decide to list me for R15000.00 (this should have been for a R 150.00 and not R15000.00 account) Apparently they kept on billing me Fraudulently for an insurance policy or something. No Account send and no notice and no letter as my address never changed - seriously upset right now. I am sure I never signed up for any insurance with foschini in the first place.

Took Money with out Consent
I have been banking with Fnb for over 10 years. the 2nd of October I paid my bills and when I logged in today R4500.00 was missing from my account just to find out that they took in without my consent. My account is not in arrears and I make sure that my Credit Card and Overdraft is paid every month!! Now the person that took the fund is never available and the phone number is constantly engaged!!
