Good morning. I went to one of your stores in Boksburg on the 4th January 2026 to buy whiskey which was not on the shelves and l went to the counter for assistance. When I found one customer being helped by two ladies l stood there for half an hour before I asked if I was going to be helped. I asked them if it was possible to help one customer while others waited that's when one of the ladies without name tag helped me with a very horrible attitude. I still believe these ppl never went to customer training they rude and their attitude is disgusting when you ask for assistance it's as if they doing us a favour. Thanks
Good day lm very upset went to Kia Springs lady called Billy Hansen to rest drive the car with me and we agreed to have the car booked in for the noise coming from steering wheel on Monday all of a sudden he had amnesia and he can't remember test driving the car as the technician found out that there's nothing wrong with the car. Is not like lm bored and I have petrol money for up and down. I don't understand why would he lie about test driving my car with me inside it and why would I bring the car if everything was fine. I don't know if it's incompetence or just not plain rudeness coming from him. I sat the whole day without my car hoping to have it fixed.
I went to Boxer Delmas and purchased Coke only to find out it was less sugar and when I got home I went to the one near to my house which was Boxer Mayfield to exchange. I spoke to the Assistant and by the name of Tshidiso he told me that I should go back to Delmas as they can't help me and he left me standing at the door like an idiot and went to lunch. I called Boxer Head Office and Mahlatsi helped me. I was at the Store for more than a an hour waiting for the so called Manager and non showed up up into a lady called Thembi helped me. The arrogance and rudeness of Tshidiso is out of this world he thinks the store belongs to him. I don't know how Boxer hire such *********** and rude people to serve customers. I'm seriously disgusted and disappointed by the why he treated me he doesn't deserve to be the Assistant Manager or an employee of Boxer. Thanks Antoinette Nkoenyane 0827097181
Yesterday I went to the filling station shop to buy cigarettes, so I decided to use the ladies room b4 l purchased what I needed. Firstly there was no toilet paper in the toilets had to wait for couple minutes for them to organize one and when done went to pay for the cigarettes and still had to wait for while they were busy talking to each other as if there was no one in front of them. The service from shop is disgusting and poor.
Good day lm very disappointed and disgusted with Boxer Daveyton. Yesterday I went to buy a few things and on my way out some guy by the name of Zwane approached me and to help me with pushing the trolley. He told me for the trolley to get to my car it will cost me R10 otherwise I must take out my things and leave the trolley. I told him I was not going to give him R10 as I could push the trolley myself. He touched me and said the trolley wasn't going anywhere up until I agreed to give him the money. According to my understanding a tip comes from the heart not a set amount. What irritated me most is the fact that he was drunk and he kept on pulling my backwards to leave the trolley. No man is supposed to touch me without my concern. I went inside to look for the Manager by the name of Siya whom I waited for 10 minutes b4 some security asked if they could help me. If a manager is not manding the shop why was he even hired in the first place. What's his job actually? So bcos this is not the first time the whole thing happened l will no longer go to Boxer bcos clearly they don't know customers service and worse those trolley guys are rude and arrogant to customers they feel they can push female customers around because nothing will happen to them worse they wanna help under the influence of alcohol
Good day l just received a sms to say my account will be debited with R601. So I called them to find out why lm paying different amount each month l spoke to Asisipho who tried to explain to me something that didn't make sense and I asked her l wanted to talk to her team leader. She transferred me to Siya Rabela whom I spoke to after holding on for almost an hour and l asked him if my bank account goes to minus who must pay for the money charges. He said he will do it today, l have been on the phone for over an hour using my minutes which I told Siya when he said I should hold on he said he will call me back. And I did tell him I was writing this email to Help Peter and he said l can go on. I'm tired of tracker and their arrogant consults who think they doing me a favor by working there. I bought a Mercedes petrol at VSM Spares in Edenvale and I asked them if I can bring it back if it was not right and l called them the same day to notify them about the part being wrong and I was told to bring it back on Monday. Which my husband did and we were told to bring the sample to the part and again we came back after stripping the part from my car now they telling me they will give me half of the money and the rest later. I paid 5500 for the part now they want to give me 2500. After all I trouble l had with them how do I trust if I will get my balance
Good yesterday I went to Boxer Superstore in Daveyton. The service inside the shop was great and very nice but the queues are unbearable. As I left the store there were guys standing outside asking if they could help me The guy said for the trolley to the car park it's going to cost me R10 and I told him l did not have cash he said I should take my groceries and get someone to help me carry my stuff to my car. I was very furious and disgusted that why can't I take it myself without being harassed. I refused to let him help me and he insulted me. I feel very humiliated to go to the store again bcos of the harassment I got. Can please someone from Boxer explain to me how we supposed to get our groceries to our cars without paying R10.
