About 3 weeks back I removed a vehicle that I sold. The lady that helped me asked if I am buying another vehicle. I said not now, but in a months time. She then said I must preliminary put insurance on for the new vehicle and when I buy it I just update the details. So we preliminary put on a 2004 Disco 2 td5 beige. She said that if I get a older model and a white then my premium would be less. Today I phoned to register my new car and start the insurance. It's a 2001 Disco 2 td5 white in color. To my disgust I was quoted more that for a 2004:model even though this one's retail is less. I told the gentleman that he must listen to my conversation of 3 weeks back where the lady said it will be less. He then referred me to his manager and when I told her to go back and listen to the recording she ended the call. I am still waiting for her to call me back. I have been many years with outsurance and have all my possessions insured but this has been really a bad experience that I received today. This is really not what I expected from outsurance.
I had a bush that needed to be pushed out of a traiing arm. I was given this business address as the person said they are reasonable. I took the arm with the new bush to them. All needed to be done was press out the old one and press in the new one I supp**** on a press. The job took less than 10 minutes. To my disgust I was charged R690 for this little job. They seen me coming and took advantage. I will never use this business again and will not recommend them to anyone.
I needed to remove a vehicle I sold and get a quote for another vehicle. The lady that assisted me was so professional and helpful. This person is an assist to outsurance and deserves every recognition for it. Thank you outsurance for employing such outstanding people. The quote I got was very reasonable and benefits me fine.

Bought a wind turbine fro from this company. They have no address or TEL number you can contact them. After the 45 work days expired, I tried to contact them on e mail and wattsapp. Got no reply. Threatened them with legal action then got an excuse that it's on hold at customs. This is for an item advertised as stock clearance ???. Then heard nothing further. I requested a refund no response. After 80 days I get a FedEx tracking number but delivery to complete other address. Again contacted them, no response. Waited another 10 days and sent again a e mail and wattsapp that I am taking legal action. 2 days later received tracking no for courier guy. Then out of the blue received sms from courier guy parcel is on the way. Parcel arrived after 109 days. So if you prepared to wait 4 months without any valid reason or means to physically contact them use them. But don't rely on any time schedule and be prepared to get very frustrated. In my 60 years this is one of the worst companies wrt communication.
Took my vehicle to get an evaluation to trade it in on a vehicle I seen on their website. Was attended to by Adriana Albert's, the most unfriendly and rude person I have come across. He treats clients as if he's doing us a favour. Then to top it , the report he gave us. 1. The Odo reading is incorrect. 2. He states the service record is mostly complete, where it is actually 100% up to date as in the service book we gave him. Further he states the vehicle had accident damage repaired, which is a lie. I owned this vehicle from new 2022 and it's never had any accident repair. As for the so called scratches on plastic, it's actually tar specks as the vehicle was not washed. This man is really pulling the companies name down and has the attitude that he does not need the job.
