For the first time ever we had to use the valet parking services at OR Tambo airport for our car for a whole 8 days when we were out of the country. I chose Dropzone because their quotation was the cheapest I got. As a first time user I was obviously really scared of what could happen to my car. On 1 October we arrived at the airport and a lady dressed in easily identifiable Dropzone uniform was there waiting for us. She greeted us with a big smile, did the inspection of the car and gave us a receipt to show that we handed our car to her care. On our return on 8 October 2017 our car was there waiting for us and it was clean. The gentlemen we met with greeted us with big smiles and assisted with putting our luggage in the boot. We paid and we left very happy. I will recommend Dropzone to all my friends next time. Your service was great!!!
I just returned from a holiday in Mauritius and I got the best quotation from Thompsons and was assisted by Martin Gareth. He made our travel super smooth. We arrived in Mauritius to a warm professional welcoming and got driven in a luxury car to our hotel. Despite the minor glitches at the hotel (which we sorted out ourselves) his service was excellent!! Thanks a lot Thompsons but most importantly thanks a lot Martin Gareth. I will contact you soon for our next vacation. Your quotation came out a few thousands below others for the exact same room and the same hotel. I am very happy!!!
On 30 July 2017 I sent money through Money Market at Shoprite Queenswood. The money was going to Lesotho. I forgot the pin so the person on the other side could not get the money. I went to Shoprite Queenswood on 6 August and asked for help. I was told I have to make an affidavit and submit it together with a copy of my ID and the receipt I was given after I did the transfer. I did that and I was told an SMS will be sent to me for collection in a few days. Days and weeks passed no sms sent. I kept going to the store for follow-ups but the Admin Manager there kept telling me to wait for the sms. The sms finally came on 7 September 2017. When I got a chance to go to the store I found the store had moved to another place unknown to me. I went to Checkers Gezina Galleries and I met the Admin Manager named Minah (unfortunately I forgot her surname). She tried to assist but I did not have an ML Number since the Queenswood people had taken my receipt when I did the refund claim. I then decided to contact Head Office and I spoke to a lady (unfortunately I forgot her name). The lady apologized for all the trouble I went through and promised she'll sort the matter out and call me. She called me back the same day and informed me that I should go to Checkers Gezina Galleries for assistance. I arrived there and Minah was again the one I met with. I told her I am back and I called head office they said I must come into the store and the store should call them. Minah called and the number was not being picked up but she was so patient. In the end the ML Number was provided and Minah managed to authorize my refund. I have to say I was already losing my patience with this matter and Minah's patience in assisting me really humbled me. I really appreciate her assistance and I would like that to be recognized. Thank you Minah!!!
