We were never informed about pipe issues. I have a baby and had to spend 3 days without water in the chalet. Toilets weren't even flushing. Everytime we asked we were told they are attending to the problem. No effort was made to move us to the numerous empty chalets on the premises. The website also is misleading. We only booked at this place because a heated pool is advertised. Which was non existent. Staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful
My husband ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered on Valentine's day. Which I never received. On 15/02 we tried following up. The call centre agents have no telephone etiquette and you hold on for 25 mins at a time with no actual response.
I loaded 2 gigs of data 10 days ago and MTN sends me a notification that my data is now expired. Why are we paying such high tarrifs for a service that expires a few days later. This is ridiculous!!
