Hello, l have had good stories about King Price until recently. Been with them since 2012, claimed for small damages, but recently was involved in a accident due to mist on around Witbank. The claim was put in on the 30th of June 2025 but nothing fruitful has happened. Communication is so poor. Always they say they will call but do not call. I have never skipped my monthly payments but to be treated like this is really not good. I do not know what to next now.
I can't believe these ****mers are still operating. They ****** me in 2022. Opened a police case but never go a refund.
Be careful of the third party agents called Superbalist.com . They are there to make money and not do what they say. I recently ordered wrong Mac makeup. My wife wanted powder and l didn't realize l was ordering concealer because my main focus was on the code which is NW43. On arrival my wife phoned and told me they delivered concealer because she realized the boxes were too small. I quickly checked on their returns policy which states l quote " a beauty product or fragrance which has been used. Since the product was not even opened from their original boxes they went on to reject the return. I queried and they rejected again. They never gave me a good return why they were now not working according to their returns policy. I have noticed they rather lose a customer than lose that little commission that they have received. Good luck to anyone who intends to use them. As for me l am sitting with some concealer that my wife will never use. Money wasted. Deleting my profile soon.
If you have time to waste and a lot of inconveniences full of excuses Buy tyres from tyres.co.za . You will be on the phone the whole day getting excuses. They won't deliver. Bought tyres on the 3rd of August, today is the 22nd of August but still being told they will be delivered the next day. Then the next day arrives they say the next day again. Been waiting for the next day to arrive for 2 weeks now. Even now been told the next day.
Don't know if these people are genuine or fake. Paid for the tyres they keep posting the delivery saying transport problems . I am getting worried. Now need to work out a plan to recover my money. People please beware of this so called Tyres.co.za
Please help, if l don't come right here on Hellopeter about Cash crusaders. Which other platform can l use so that l can be heard and taken seriously. I am not willing to give up. Poor service must be addressed.
Cash crusaders is a scam. People beware. Service is poor regret buying there worse from another town where l don't stay in. Bought a phone Dixon R15 from Canary walk mall in Nelspruit in May when l was passing there with the family on holiday. That is the decision l regret till now. Phone is rugged and has all the features l wanted. When l got home in Middelburg after the holidays, torch did not work, had a line on the screen. I took it to Middelburg branch were l was told each branch works independently. So l have to take it to Nelspruit 210 kms away. I decided to courier it there at an additional fee since it was cheaper than driving there. The phone was sent to Johannesburg repair centre where they struggled with the supposed new phone until a mother board was changed. They refused to let the driver drop it off in Middelburg mind you it's the way to Nelspruit. When the phone got there l had to pay courier again to be brought to me. Now the phone is back at me am struggling with the phone reading SIM cards. When l phone they are saying l must bring it to Nelspruit where they will book it and send it to Johannesburg. Be careful of their products good people it's been 5 months now but never used a phone l bought brand new and as for customer service it's so so poor they don't care or think for their customers.
I am really disappointed with their service. I asked to be unsubscribed to some whatever content they say I subscribed to. I sent the request on the 10th of October but I watch my bill on the my Vodacom app going up everyday. Does it mean we are not safe. We have to check the balances everyday, that is too much work. But if it means to do it I will do it to avoid surprise on my bill. No one has come back to update me, so it takes more than 7 days to solve a complain? I still don't get it how I can subscribe to whatever content yet the SIM is used as a wifi router, shouldn't the subscription be on the phone being used. I just want to pay for what i signed on the contract R149 nothing more nothing less please. Please check the screen shot on where the bill is standing today.
