Oneplan since I have them for about 3 years have always been amazing but lately communication and jst trying to chat to someone on the chat service is so bad it's been days of trying both whatsapp and the website chat service and nobody gets back to you...I put in a request for a call back even it rang I answered they dropped the line....what is going on oneplan I need an update on my refund claim that I put in last week it still shows pending? Hoping this will get someone to contact me asap.

I am very very unhappy. I in error for the month before lockdown reversed a payment. Didn't realise it at the time then lockdown happened and i could not call u guys. Your website said payments frozen etc so I waites till level 1. Nobody contacted me or attempted any sort of request for payment or any text to notify me of my missed payment. I then contacted u in this month to find out what is happening because no debt prders since taken. I then finally get contacted by Jodi from accounts at Zone fitness in cape quarter texting and email i have an outstanding bill of R761. I then proceeded to contact her so I can arrange payment however she has not been available. I then go ahead and obtain bank details email Jodi proof of part payment ask to set up a payment arrangement in the same email and then she responds "thank you" answering nothing I asked. I THEN CALLED A 3RD TIME and yet again she is not available. I then advised front desk Paul that I have made another payment this mornibg to cover full outstanding as well as the new monthly payment and ask him to confirm the amounts I have now paid is correct. He then responds saying that the account has been handed over to attorneys. I do not understand because nobody before I made contact had every called me, emailed me or texted me that there was a balance outstanding and absolutely no warning of any hand over at all. This is completely upsetting and worrying and completely unprofessional on the part of Zone fitness. This is going to impact my credit score and yet I had no notifications sent to me at all until I asked if there was a balance outstanding which I have now paid only to find out after all of this! Someone better call me before I take this even further!
I also have a positive shout out for Samantha who did my Hollywood a few weeks ago, I always request her for my Hollywood, she is amazing! She is very polite, always smiling, always remembers what we spoke about on the last appointment and checks up on that. She gets the hair all gone, in some cases due to bad lighting in the wax room may miss a few but does her best considering the working condition! She always makes me feel at ease (waxing is not exactly painless) when I come for my Hollywood. She was there right from my very first Hollywood making sure she talks to distract me from the pain and handling my sensitive area with absolute care. Please reward her for always giving the best customer service!!! Oh and another shout out to the ladies at the front desk they are always smiling, helpful and give excellent customer service. Thank you ladies!!!!
Hi I am a bit disappointing because despite numerous complaints the light in the waxing room is still bad, it is dim and makes it very difficult for the the****** to see and make sure they have gotten rid of all the hair. On more than one occasion I have had to tell the the****** there is till hair left after my facial wax, the the******s themselves adviser that it is difficult with the lighting. I went for a wax on Saturday looked in the mirror after and had to lay back down and ask the the****** to get the hairs, I got home and saw I still had hair left that was not taken out. Please fix the lighting as it really needs to be brighter in there. Also the curtained on the window by the waxing room are absolutely disgusting full of dust and dirty which is concerning because it needs to be hygienic in a place like milk and honey. Please fix this guys, I love milk and honey, hate that each time I come home with hairs left behind due to bad lighting, the the******s are not the issue but the lighting definitely is, I feel like next time I need to bring my own torch just to assist the the****** (obviously you do not expect that from me as a client for my second year running)

I received brilliant service from the ladies at Milk and Honey this weekend past. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely lovely and supportive knowing it was my first wax. The Samantha who did my wax was brilliant too and also Blessing who checked up on my nails she did last week to make sure I am still satisfied. Thank you to all at Milk and Honey this weekend. I look forward to my appointment on Friday :)
