Please DO-NOT-BUY anything from Illy and his guys. Once the money is in their account, you are nothing to them. I mean NOTHING!!!! You will waste a lot of money when dealing with them. They are the best ****s I've ever came across and they are *******... I've got proof that they are doing ******* stuff. ILLY must fall. You will even struggle to get the vehicle on your name because the one I bought from them were pending in some other girl's name and they expected from me to sort out the paperwork. DO-NOT-BUY anything from them. Everything on the vehicle I bought were loose, the whole suspension was loose. I've spent more on the car than I bought it for. Lie, Cheat & *****!!! BEWARE
A payment allocation that has been hanging for more then a month already but they keeps on calling for the outstanding payment. When I call them to help with the allocation, non of them can actually do something. Done doing business with them. As soon as this is settled, which can be years from now, I will simply close the account and oh boy, they will never see me again. Hopefully when this account has been handed over, they will probably allocate the payment but my business goes elsewhere. They don't even deserve the 1 star rate
Bought a rubber - found out it was broken and useless - called them for a refund - negative - I'll never go back there. waste of money and time. I've bought lots of stuff from En Route (2nd Hand) but they never sold something that's useless.
Great experience with the online chat on the app. Nokwazi Mdluli is the best got the best service ever. Thank you MiWay
Bought a car from them, they promised me that this car is through roadworthy. when I went to draw the papers, it appears on the system at the traffic dept that this car was last roadworthy in 2010. my contract states that R5000 of the amount is for "on the road" cost. now I need to do it myself even though I've paid for it already. do not leave that garage if you have confirmation from the traffic dept that the car you are buying has been through the test. please beware!!!!
