This company scams people and I'm opening a fraud case against it. I used this company to trade last year, I lost trades mysteriously, then with the money that was left there which was R600 I tried to make a withdrawal and they told me the money was too small to withdraw. I came here to write a review which they bluntly denied and had it taken down. Last week the sent me an email telling me my account has been open for too long and idle and they had to manage it and now I owe them R14000. I need the authorities to know about this because it's completely illegal, this is not the broker I've used in my trading life and my fear is that they have been scamming other unsuspecting people. This time they can not deny it as I have a copy of the email and I will make sure they don't go unpublished. Should hellopeter be able to pass this review to the appropriate authorities kindly help in this regard asap. I'm very sure I'm not the only person who has experienced this and these scammers need to be punished. Thank you.
This company is very crooky. I made a deposit into my account on the 14th April 2020 from my mastercard, it went through very quickly but when it was time to make online purchases the funds were not available for use. Then I inquired and I was told funds from a mastercard cannot be used for purchases, meanwhile they charged me R50 for that deposit. Then I tried to withdraw the funds back to my mastercard and the system tells me I can't withdaw into a mastercard, the same mastercard they debited from. I tried to enquire about this and they could not give me an answer, all they said was that my issue appears to have been sorted. Then I went to open a new visa card at the bank hoping this would help me get my money back. I then registered my new visa cars on skrill, I have been trying more than 5 times to withraw into m visa card buth the transaction gets reversed everyday. I sent skrill another message and its been now 4 days without a response. My advice t any person who's been using or planning to use this wallet, please stay away from it before you lose your money. Thi company needs to be charged and I'm soon openning a fraud case against it.
This is the worst company ever, somewhat crooks. It is in my policy that I get free roadside assistance with my cover but to my dismay after only 2 call ups I was told I had exceeded my callups, never mind the fact that I had to wait hours and kept calling them over and over for them to give me that answer. I have to highlight the fact that they are unprofessional and their consultants have a silly mindset which I took as part of their training as they are all the same, unreliable, so on the first call up I had to literally wait for more than 5 hours, I ordered 10 litres of petrol and they brought me 5 litres, constantly confirming that it was on me, as if I wasn't aware of that. The final part which made me terminate my contract with them and recall some my premiums, I was parked in town when some thugs tried break into my car and was rescued by smash and grab tint, I filed a claim with this company and I was told the excess for replacing the broken window would be R750. This did not bother me till I made my own quote, where an original window was costing only R500 including vat with the tint at R150, making a total of R650, R100 less than my so called excess. So in a nutshell this company needs to be investigated and penalized for conducts of crookery like this, and I want to urge all good South Africans to stay away from this thuggery. Thank you.
This platform is a scam and a registered scam, you will not get your money back, they will tell you stories when you are supposed to withdraw, as I am writting this I'm busy with legal actions against them. It's very disgusting to learn that SA boards now approve scammers who steal our hard earned money, but that says a lot about the racism in the country. Take my word from me, I'm an experienced trader and this platform is a scam.
I was in town to run some errands and I happened to run out of fuel without notice. I then called my insurance company, King Price, for roadside assistance. The service I received was bad from the onset with an operator who was very rude. This company made me wait for more than 2 hours and I decided to call them again to check what was happening before contacting me busy emphasizing that the fuel would be paid by me, clearly showing me that what was important was the money more than the service. I waited for another hour with no luck and the assistance only arrived after 4 hours, while I'm at CBD. I could not help it but terminate my policy with them right away, reversing their premium and started looking for a new insurance company that cares about its clients. I therefore advise consumers to stay away from this company by all means.
This company has the poorest service ever, I took my car in for repairs when my waterpump failed, I logged a claim since it is covered and that happened 2 days before the Easter holidays, on the second day when they were supposed to give authorization they started today hide and seek, instructing the dealer to telle to pay and that theywould reimburse me. This is not what they say on the policy as it is clear that it is the dealer that is supposed to be handling the claim against them. Upon hearing this I called the the company to find out what was happening, to my dismay the worst happened. It was 13:45 when I called them and they told me to wait till Tuesday to lodge my claim. Mind you this is an emergency breakdown warranty and yet they unnecessary cause delays and they are very unprofessional I'm manner. I want to advise anyone who ever gets offered an insurance by this company to run for their lives, they are so unreliable. I am now waiting for Tuesday so that I can consult with my attorney so that we can make this company pay for the inconvenience they habe caused and also to pay for wasting my bundles. I am very glad my term with them is ending in 5 months time. Thank you.
This supermarket self spoilt food to the people, I bought a cake and when I reached home to eat it I figured it was as hard as a rock, I just wonder how many days it's been displayed there. I also saw passing by the food department that they were displaying a chicken stew which was so dry that it even changed color, this store doesn't care about hygiene and keeping food fresh, the don't even bother to put a cover over it. I urge inspectors to visit this store and just disqualify the takeaway department as this is not healthy for customers. I am really disgusted by their service.
At the end of October 2017 I took my car to Audi Centre in Port Elizabeth for service as usual and I received it in the late afternoon. Upon picking it up I noticed that it was not performing as normal, but I thought maybe it was a mistake, it could bad fuel and what not. On the following weekend I decided to take it for a long distance drive and I drove to Plettenberg Bay traveling with my friend. I put in Shell V-power as recommended by the experts on these cars just to make sure I had the correct fuel in. On the way I noticed that on full throttle it was jerking, which I found very funny as I know my car and how quick it picks up. I then suspected something had happened during service but I did not want to quickly come to conclusions. I thereafter also noticed that it was consuming oil, I'd be buying a pint every week, which was very perculiar, though it's normal on these cars to add a pint atleast once a month. I there after recieved a call from Audi SA survey centre asking if I was satisfied with the service that was done on my car and I told them I was not, my car was not fine after the service while it was a beast before, with not a single problem, they then advised me to call the dealer and complain, which found irritating. I could not understand why was I supposed to be the one calling after informing them I was not satisfied, I couldn't understand what was the aim of the call in the first place. OK, then I took another trip to Grahamstown and I drove faster so I could see what the problem was. The jerking got worse, I suspected air pressure, it could be the only reason according to my experience. I then started to notice that if I stand over night the car left an oil spot on the ground, and this according to my experience, connecting it with the jerking, it could only be a faulty EGR valve. I took the car for a checkup on a different dealer, since I wasn't going to take it to the people who made it faulty and when I got there I saw the worst. The pipe from the air intake manifold to the EGR valve was broken and clearly by force, and it was reattached by means of two cable ties which were looking new. The pipe itself was looking older than the EGR valve and as a matter of evidence there was oil deposit all around the valve. Mind you I had a new EGR valve fitted last year by a different dealer and I personally inspected the car afterwards and there was nothing like that, I have people from that dealer as my witnesses. So I was devastated. I couldn't understand why a well known dealer that charges R3800 for an oil service do this to my car. I then call Audi Center and was transferred to the woman who was responsible for my service by the name Gcobisa who when I told her about the matter denied that they even touched the engine, and I asked her how then did you perform oil service without touching the engine. Funny isn't it? She then told me she would get a workshop manager to talk to me. The guy then contacted me telling me he would watch footages and see if this was true while I wait further with a problematic car. I am still waiting on them and I am preparing to engage lawyers in the matter should they not cooperate. These dealers can be crooky and I want the consumers to be aware of their ways and unfortunately my mother raised no fool. Thank you...
