I purchased a couples spa day at the Cape Royale hotel in December 2022. We could never redeem it as no one ever answered the phone or responded to any booking emails. Wikideals responded that it is not their problem. However based on the number of complaints linked to this very problem, I do not see how wikideals still can endorse this spa. Its totally *********
I too purchased a spa deal via wiki deals. Bought in December and still to this day have need been able to get through to the spa to book. Called the hotel and they said not my problem. Called wiki deals and they said not my problem - yet both establishments endorse this SPA and noone seems to care that the customer is being **********
I have been a cell c customer for more than 10 years. As payment for my loyalty they have offered me the most horrendous service for the last 2 months. No-one can tell me where my phone is which was sent in for repairs and no-one can tell me when I will get it back. It's been almost 2 months. I didn't break the phone...i have it for a couple of months. It's a manufacturing problem . Yet I am paying for my contract. 2 individuals working for cell c agrees this is unfair. 1 store manager says it's not his problem because they offer a service and the phone is the manufacturers problem . And they have loan phones but not at the moment "so can I make a plan". ****iest service ever. I am at a loss for words.
