Extremely Poor Service
I am extremely disappointed with Makro's online service. I placed an order specifically because the website clearly stated that collection would be ready the next day. However, when I arrived at the store to collect my order, it was not ready. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and effort. If Makro cannot honour its own advertised timelines, then it should not mislead customers. I regret using the online platform and will not be doing so ever!

Connectivity issues in Lenasia South
I have been experiencing connectivity issues with Telkom for the past 2 months and I have raised this with their social media team but my complaints fall on deaf ears. For the past two months every time I am at home in Lenasia South Ext 4 my connectivity drops and I cant connect to the internet, I have never had this issue before, yesterday my network was roaming the whole night. Telkom kindly explain this to me or should we move over to other networks with better connection?????
