Supply SA is the worst company I have ever done business with. They are unprofessional, unorganized. I paid for my entire order in August 2025 and I have to date not received all items on my order. They behave like the mafia, if you complain they delay your items and they do not answer their calls. When you show up to their office they also do not assist. They send Hein who is a middle man to the representative Sheryl-Ann who has no clue what she is doing. They hide behind emails. Sheryl-Ann says she has given us everything but I am having to buy items out of pocket because our client is extremely dissatisfied with our service, They do not even provide you with the correct sizes and when we exchange them we never receive them back. They lie and misrepresent themselves. Benjamin the director is the worst person to lead a company as he will tell you to "give him time and space, you should not show up to the office because other customers will see that we are all dealing with the same problem. They are sometimes so many customers who come in sitting in the same problem so they are the worst company and people!
Firstly Vodacoms's call center lines itself are pathetic. My account had been in arrears without my knowledge and when i tried to call in to find out what happened and to correct it the lines would cut. I eventually had to go into a store and they advised me that i needed to call in and the lady before me had the same issues calling in and as soon as a agent answers the call cuts. I proceeded to try 5 times and i left without assistance. The store employee also stated that the accounts/collection department is the worst department to get hold of which unacceptable!! I also made a payment in the store that same day and then i realized that Vodacom failed to allocate a payment i made on the vodacom app which is a utterly useless service and i will never make use of that. My lines have now been restored and when I tried to claim for my phone the agent did not understand anything i was asking much less assisting me. At the time i took out the insurance the agent advised me that if i claim i would need to pay 60% for a new device and vodacom 40%. I was also advised that if i choose not to take the phone they would pay out my claim cash. When i called in this morning the agent gave me no options but to take a phone in the same price range and the phone i use is not on the market anymore. I have been paying for 2 years to have problems when i claim. Its so disappointing and Vodacom is a incompetent and deceitful company to do business with
I spoke to an Outsurance sales representative on two separate occasions by the name of Renier De Wit. He was patient, kind and very helpful. Both quotes I received from him I was happy with because I felt as if he tried he's best to get me a good premium. He also went as far as helping me cancel my mothers insurance within minutes of ending my call as well as sending me all my documents. I am very impressed with Outsurance.
