Product was advertised and a 10 to 15 day delivery was promised, once I payed for the item I have been trying to follow up on my delivery with no success, eventually I was offered a refund,however no money has been returned. The support system is appalling as they communicate via a web admin system whereby one has to sit back and wait for an e mail reply. The telephone number of their website does not work... Absolute ****!!!
We have taken up a deal that was offered via their call center sales department on Black Friday 2022, to date we have not received the device nor did we receive any communication via e mail telephone call or sms to notify us of a delay . We have made several follow up call to their call center and still no one can give us an answer as to what is going on, all we get told is that there is no stock!. When we ask to speak to higher management, we get told they cant take call but will call us back, needless to say, that does not happen! How can you run a special and not have stock? And why have we not been contacted to advise us of this issue? . What is your customer supposed to do now? Just sit around and wait ...totally unacceptable!!!
Had my Audi done with CPI DURBAN, the owner Myan personally worked on car and had given me extensive information, adressing all of my concerns etc prior to the work being done. Customer service and quality is a top priority while providing an excellent product ...I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to do software mods .
I have purchased items online on the 27th of November online and to date have not received my delivery, my money was taken and their delivery fee was applied however no delivery . I have made 3 calls to their useless call center and have been promised a return call with an update on all 3 occasions but no one revert with feedback!, i have sent an e mail which has not even been responded to. This service is unacceptable !!
