12 DAYS NO HELP!!! PATHETIC!!!!
I wish I could give no star rating or minus star rating. My takealot account has been tempory locked due to security or something! I responded to the relevant mails and even tried the call centre ( what a joke as they annot help) it has now been 12 days, 12 days! And the axcount remains tempory locked!!!! With BLACK FRIDAY & all other promotions and specials I am not able tontransact!!!! COMMON TAKEALOT UPNYOUR GAME!!!!!

BT GAMES - Clueless and *****!!!
I wish there was a minus rating! BT games Clearwater Mall are a pathetic bunch to say the least. I am totally disgusted in the service received from them and their staff is clueless. I bought Valorent points(VP) / Through RIOT from them on Monday 23rd of December 2024. When I tried to redeem the points on my game using the BT games printed invoice it gave the error that the voucher/points have already been redeemed. They had no idea how to assist me or at least refund me. Reginald made a call to a supposedly regional manager in PTA and the phone was given to me and I was told it is not there problem and I should take it up with a USA company. I stated to them that I did not bought it from another company but through them. They still have not refunded me and simply said they cannot help me. So in other words BT games are ******* *****ing customers money with no returns! BT games I will never ever support you again. You should not be playing in the gaming space if you have no clue how it works!!!!!

Crooked - Solarway - YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!!!
I bought a 10KV Solar Package from www.solarwaysuppliers.co.za ( GREENSIDE RANDBURG) Due to stock restrictions on their Solar panels I was told that they now can only give me 12 panels instead of 16 panels as advertised on the package I bought?? I now Miss 4 Solar panels and feel they cannot be trusted!! I am extremely unhappy with their Service and will not recommend them to anyone! Clearly they are only there to make money ! This was not a cheap excercise and I would expect to get what I paid for!!! SHAME ON YOU SOLARWAY.

Hulkmobile uchater - SCAMMING THIEVES
I received an SMS notification of a normal CELL C debit order with funds being deducted. Only to realise that the amount was almost 3 times my normal amount that is paid. I immediately phoned them to investigate and was told that I subscribed to some Hulkmobile uchater Service. Whaaaaaaaat ??? I would not even know how to do this and have never subscribed to any thing like that. ( would not even know what it does or can do) How is this possible? They assisted me in unsubscribing but I AM LEFT OUT OF POCKET ???? How can a service be enabled on my account without my consent ? How do i go about getting help in this regard and get my money back which were obviously stolen!!!!!!

Hulkmobile Uchater - Cell C
