Stolen phones
I went to Newscafe Revonia on Saturday 2nd November with friends. Someone stole our phones from the table we were seating in. Upon realizing that the phones were missing we then called for the manager to assist us in trying to find who took them.He was not helpful, he was also rude and not interested at all. He left us standing there after he told that were not responsible for phones. He practical did not even try to do anything. I would strongly advise people not to go to NEWSCAFE REVONIA. They do not only have bad service but also have thieves with a useless manager.

Charterquest horrible service
I have the most horrendous experience with Charter quest. First they promised to get a lecture to assist me with re-writing of my exam which they never followed through. I had also had a mix up with my exam booking after I got misleading information information from their stuff member, they absolved themselves from the situation and I'm left with a bill to pay and unwritten exam. Now, they are refusing to respond to my email asking to withdraw my studies with them. Dealing with them is a nightmare. They always promise to respond to queries which they never do or take forever if they decide to.

Double billed
I recently changed from compact to price lock. Multichoice has been double billing me for the past 2 months. I called them twice on Tuesday and they said they will escalate my query and call me back to me in 48 hours. Until now I have not received a call from them.
