Service department useless
Very expensive and terrible customer service. Don't answer their phone for days on end, don't respond to website bookings. You phone in the day before to arrange a shuttle and specifically ask what time and they say anytime. And then find out there are only 2 shuttles at very specific times. Absolutely useless. Great car just don't use this service centre

Brilliant service. My claim was paid within 48 hours, no questions asked The process to claim was super simple. Shameema was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm very impressed

Brilliant Service
I'm so impressed with Dotsure and the service I received from Megon Andrews. I claimed for the first time today. It took minutes to do online, and within less than 2 hours the claim was approved, and the process closed. During the 2 hours I was updated constantly via mail and sms. That's the way to do things - I'm absolutely blown away!

Awesome service
I'm really impressed with the service from Zando. Great products, excellent communication and I've done 2 returns because items didn't fit and the process was fast and efficient. Highly recommended

Buyers beware -Takealot impossible to contact
I'm horrified to see the rating they have on here. I really though they were a reputable business but now I know what they did to deserver this rating. Ordered 2 products, they delivered something completely unrelated. Immediately apologised and collected the items, so I though this is awesome, mistakes happen, its how you fix them that counts. Well one replacement arrived, the other did not, and now there is radio silence. The biggest problem with Takealot is that there is absolutely no way to contact them. Their ''complaints'' process is a help page that is of no value. Never again - luckily its wasn't expensive items, but this model is so flawed. Do not order anything valuable from them ever!! And they don't respond to these reviews, clearly don't give a toss
