Telkom Lte decreasing performance and reliability
I have an uncapped lte contract with Telkom that began in 2016. In the beginning it was great. Speedtest.net results were often around 70mb down and 20 up. The speed has gradually decreased and is now around 20mb down and maybe 4 up. Now I frequently have no connectivity at all.

Accepted payment for discontinued item, no refund.
I tried to buy something from The Gadget Shop which has since been renamed to Doodah. Payment was accepted for the item but I received a message saying it was discontinued. I asked for a refund and am still waiting and The Gadget Shop/Doodah has stopped responding.

Fraudulent account
How is it so easy for someone to open an account in someone else's name? A domestic worker that works at my home opened an account in my name, ran up q bill and now I constantly get called about his debts.
