Terrible experience will never go here again infact i will rather dedicate an hour everyday on social media eveeyday telling people to avoid this place it was a nice but since the last time the lockdown liquor ban was liftwd placed turned i to a ****hole owner not much better.
Been phoning Avis for 3 day straight the will not release the hold on my deposit. I finally got hold of switchboard avis to be toldone can help me they all been retrenched. So anyotherword dont do business with them according to switchboard no one there anymore.
Supersonic worst experience ever they do not get back to you. Promise after promise but never get feed back. I am dedicating a hour of my time outing you guys on social media until you release my line. You guys started great but now your the worst such a pity.
Phoned about.account.kept.on getting cut off . Put on hellopeter got a reply saying.they gonna get back to me but never did I suspect I will get anther reply to this saying the same thing with no response still. VODACOM TERRIBLE. Cancelled my account a year a go now they saying.we.owe R2800 for.data which we already had this argument and they cleared it only.to.come back.a.year later with the sam **** exceptbeen handed over to attorneys
I cancelled Vodacom more than a year ago due to Data been charged for what was not used . Only now to get an Email that we been handed over and to phone to settle accounts. Phoned they cant even transfer me over to legal . As i refuse to get a bad name or pay for something that was not used this is why i had left Vodacom. I will take the matter further if forced to do so further . Before i cancelled my contract they had actually cleared that amount outstanding but come back now a year later get a clue guys . Next step im going to Vodaworld
