I posted a video regarding 3 dogs that don't get food, Wetnose response quickly and inform me that they can't help if dog's got owner I should report to Spca Watloo. December I called no answer, second time I was transferred to inspector, not answering, I phoned again transfered no answer. I reply to a ad on their fb account where I got feedback if I got emergency, I rep**** that emergency is dogs and placed video from there on no reply, I left video but deleted my comment. January 2026 I receive email from inspector where I reply that dogs don't get food, ribs showing and when they fight it's ugly because of food. It's February and till today 3 February no further response. I would like to get help not ignorance nor fighting. This is only the truth.
I read good comments about quadruplay, I'm writing truth. My husband chat on WhatsApp, very helpful but when he explain that we don't have openserve the agent keep on telling we have. Saturday we try to communicate again, Sunday, Monday even I tried nothing no help at all so I'm not impressed with them I chose another company since they don't reply via WhatsApp.
They don't deserve a star, worst service ever. August 2023 I took uncapped deal of R499. In store when you have to pay, you pay for the month you have it and upfront payment for when you cancel you have that. First month goes great have data no problem till deduction day then they cut me off. The money they get but I'm connected but no internet access. I called call center, the store, call center put you through, on hold then my airtime is up, put on do the same to be placed on hold that they access my account to be cut off. Menlyn store doesn't pick up. For 2 weeks no internet access, I'm far from Pretoria. Long story short after Facebook messenger helped and I still have no access I message that I will return it. At store I get paperwork a copy and salesperson inform me they will call me next day, still waiting for them to call. After MANY emails and calls a email came through asking my imei number, I informed I still waiting to hear from them, he follow up and the salesperson slipped up, October I received a call from him to apologise. I returned router 2 and a half weeks enough time to stop deduction but they still deduct and I pay bank fee, when I email to ask to stop I get automatic reply, I'm fedup for trying from my side to sort this out and they don't care. I heard I have to pay cancelation fee, but I'm fully against it because they got money but cut me off, I have to pay my neighbour to use his wifi. Then I get message routers in for repairs but it wasn't broken, they cut me off. Till today November 20th I didn't received any call from headoffice to sort it out. I want my upfront payment and September deduction back and if it goes on like this the bank fees and my airtime. I'm frustrated, I was referred from one place to the other Scorpion refer to Ombudsman, from them I'm referred to ICASA I'm waiting to hear from them now. Mtn do no effort to get in contact with client. They should stop deduction as asked many times, refund full amounts and no cancelation fee then I'm done with them.
I bought Sasko hot dog buns in April 2023, at home I start preparing the food and when we have to eat, my son showed me the MOLD on the back of bun and ask if it's safe to eat, I immediately took all buns and looking for mold 6 of them got on. I contact Sasco via email no response, called got a reference number and WhatsApp number to send pics with reference to, no response, May I called again the person took information and said they will get in touch with me, it's June going to July and nothings sorted. Dep of health of no use as well. From now on I will buy from bakery self where I know it's fresh. The expiry date was after a week.
We rented a property from Dawn estate agent Klerksdorp, the place were dirty, damaged and the agent didn't do a inspection with us after we asked a few times, we have to get over wall to look at place agent told us to do so. We have a arrangement that we kept. When we moved out the place was in great condition from that we get it. I signed for 3 keys that the other were in doors that couldn't open(proof in screenshot, actual video). The agent did nothing, the municipality wasn't put on our name. Luckily I took video of place when we moved in and took screenshots of all as proof how we got place I WhatsApp it to them and pictures when we moved out. The reply to me is that place looks neat. Dawn estate don't want to pay our deposit back, the accusation in their letter is that we damaged the place, didn't give 5 keys, owe money to municipality. I foward all proof the key in outside steel gate that's solid proof of 5 keys, screenshots of video of damages done before we moved in, pictures when we moved out. WhatsApp that replies neat thank you. We even got a mail to proof we're up to date nothing outstanding. I have proof that they didn't pay municipality to put account on our name, they want to keep municipality money, agent money etc that's not fair. Now Dawn owner of Dawn estates witheld our deposit even if there's proof. I'm not paying someone else account if mine is up to date, the agent don't deserve the agent fee, I told them I want full deposit otherwise they have to pay us interest for time money is with them. We work hard for our money and I'm sick and tired of agencies that keeps our deposit and I have to fix and clean places. It's not their money to keep if place is in great condition, no damage done, no outstanding BALANCES. Thank goodness I made the video before furniture arrived, and take pictures when we moved out coz the keys were in picture they need to zoom in. Screenshots, WhatsApp pictures, their letter to state why they keep deposit, letter of municipality that's not on our name that's proof they can't keep our deposit. I want the full amount back. To all renters been ****** like this and they get away with it, please take video before you move in from top to bottom, doors, walls, etc. Ask for invoice via email every month and keep it. Take pictures when you move out and send it via email or WhatsApp. Keep all proof, we can't put ourselves in debt for them the whole time.
These people don't have trucks only small bakkie and 5m trailer. I called them, they inform me they have a 5t truck, I told them Ithe date I need it and will call again to confirm. On confirm date the man told me the trucks are rented out they have bakkie and 6m trailer. And 3 ppl will be there to upload and download furniture. On thae moving date they arrive with 5m trailer and small bakkie with 2 ppl. I have to leave some furniture on pavement coz there's no more place for that, they damaged most of my furniture, scratched my new stuff badly demand more money coz they have to get an extra guy to help, after I asked if they have sails to cover furniture for rain and they confirmed, they didn't put it up and my mattresses got wet, boxes and more. They even arrived late in the dark and we helped with download. With WhatsApp we communicate I told him I'm not paying extra money for the other man coz arrangement were that there's 3 ppl. He threatened me so I told him about my damages and proof of conversations, I didn't heard from him. I want to warn ppl that your furniture will be damaged and they will ask for more money. They don't have trucks coz when I keep asking there's stories about trucks booked out. The only have 5m trailer and small bakkie.
I found a place to rent on the property website, I contact Living link Realty Rayton office where Butch told me we can rent it, he will talk to owner to bring price down. This was a fast move for us to get a place within a week coz the others were rented out. We filled in the paperwork that ask our whole life including bank details, childrens age, school, car with registration (I never gave so many details to any agency) we've been informed everything is in order, his wifes going to do checkup but all is in order. A few days before we need to move in I get a voice message on WhatsApp to inform me that we can't rent the place, owner don't want to budge. (Thanks to help not from them we got a place). When we're settled after a week we visited 16 or 19 Pine street and there were people living there, while we passed we can see their not new tenants. (The ad were placed at a cafe in Cullinan as well) These agents are ****mers, want all your details. They know how I feel about them, even report them to agency where ad was. Please be aware of them. I'm still furious while I torn up contract
The bill is paid at 25th of every month, but I don't get data on that date, I have to wait till the beginning of the month to get data, no matter what time of the month you pay them you get at the beginning of the month.
They don't deserve a star. Since May 2022 I'm struggling to get my refund. It's August abd I have no authority to speak to the collections department or billing department, I've been emailing 2 managers that don't have the decency to respond to my email. The one I'm dealing with now I have to walk on eggs if I ask how far collections are to see I owe nothing. Then I have to follow up with her and chat to agents. I can write my review but they won't respond like the service I get. In beginning I thought people is taking nonsense but now I'm in that same situation. Please think again before you try Telkom
