I'm very concerned with the way these shops are advertising prices, but then end up charging higher prices. On 25 April 2024, I visited Checkers Kathu to buy some coleslaw. The price advertised was R7.99 per 100g (therefore R79.90 per kg). I requested some and then checked the sticker. The sticker indicated that the product was charged at a rate of R89.90 per kg. I immediately queried this with the lady working the counter. Her response was just to pull her shoulders up and say that it is the rate on the machine. To me, this is unacceptable and I can only wonder how much money Checkers is *****ING from customers on a daily basis, with this type of thing. It might look like a small difference, but will become a very large number when all of these small bits are added up.
EEZI MOVE handled my interprovincial move with extreme professionalism. They really went out of their way to help me and also had very good rates. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.
I can personally say that they have done more than they needed to, in order to assist me. Sakkie has bent over backward to help me and kept good communication throughout the entire process. Thank you very much!
Hi, The way your developers respond to customer complaint review on the App Store is simply unacceptable. People are writing reviews because they are struggling to access the app, and they just want to have the issues resolved, so that they can use the app again. The developers' responses to uninstall the app is ridiculous. Many people WANT to use the app on a daily basis, and you think the solution is to have them uninstall the app? Instead of just fixing the bugs/issues that are causing the problems? Unbelievable! This is some of the worst customer care that I have ever seen.
The café opened up at 07:00 AM. At 07:15 I ordered 6 hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, which I would go and collect. The manager confirmed that I would collect it, and that was all he communicated to me. At 07:35 I arrived at the café to collect my eggs, which should have been boiled already, seeing as I gave them 20 minutes to do so. When I arrived at the café, I paid for my eggs and 2 drinks, while the teller went to the back to collect my order, only to return without them and told me that my eggs would still take 15 minutes to finish. I then asked that they deliver it to my office, which is about 700m from the café. At 08:05 I again phoned the café to follow up on my delivery, only to find the manager with a terrible attitude telling me that I am supposed to collect the eggs. I explained the situation to him, after which he said the driver only starts working at 08:00 and at the stage of the conversation, they driver was supposedly already on his way to my office. After going back and forth with the manager as to why the driver cannot phone me when he gets to my office, I decided to walk to the gate to collect the eggs from the driver. The driver only showed up at 08:20, which was then more than an hour later than my order was placed. The manager is a village idiot, who has no good manners or sense of professionality at all. He did not, at any stage, apologize for the poor service and lack of communication, even after I called him out on it specifically. I expect more from a café like this, which has the monopoly in the business park. This manager is a piece of garbage and should be fired, or at the very least receive a written warning for his poor customer relations, poor service, poor management, poor communication and a very very poor attitude.
