Be careful of this fraud of a company, they are refusing to pay back my deposit, i returned their car on the 1st Feb 2023,they promised to pay back the deposit minus tickets after 7days, which meant the 14th of Feb, but to this day I am still waiting, I have called, emailed and eveytime Im promised, next week, on the 28th I called and spoke to Gerad and he said the company is in financial problems and I should wait until 7th March 2023 for payment, but still no payment, no email, no call. Anybody wanting to rent from this crooks should run for their lives, try somewhere else๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐
Rain deducted money from my bank account even though i had requested they not deduct as I am canceling their service, after having unresolved network problems for close to a month. When sending an email most of the time no response, when there's one, they don't put their name, they're very dodgy, unprofessional, and don't care. The last email last week said we canceled your bank account, but we still deducted the money. For God's sake why charge me for October,yet service blocke? it was prepaid not contract you fools, I want my R250 back.
I was at Cresta incredible connection yesterday but left because, the queues were long and their till machines were not working, they were using paper. Can you imagine in 2017? Today out of desparation I went again, same story as yesterday. Its so surprising that a computer Store use pen and paper for 2 days in rows, and I stood for 15 minutes just to pay. The so called lady manager, did not help but was very rude to staff & customers. This is unacceptable for such big organization
