I was accepted by vodacom for line upgrade that should have been done by 01 September 2021. I am still struggling with mweb to get the line upgraded, they do not keep in touch with progress. My account also show that I am in arrears, when I applied for fibre, they had to carry my e-mail accounts over to the fibre from the adsl and close the adsl, that never happened, regarding to their mistake, they say I am in arrears. still not fixed!
Vodacom... I am going viral on social and hellopeter.com. I reported my fiber line is down on 23 December. I told the lady to mark it as urgent since I am leaving 24 December on holiday and it must be fixed before I leave since I get notifications from my alarm via my fiber and I log in to my cameras connected to the fiber. On 24/12 at 09:00 someone called me asking if their tech can come out at 15:00. 09:00 I was already in Middelburg (MP). The lady from the tech put the phone down in my ear. Without consulting with me she made a booking for 5 January. I came back on 26/12 still no line, I phoned that morning and the lady said tech will call me early morning of 27/12. Morning came and gone, that afternoon I called again, again they will e-mail and tech will contact me morning of 28/12. 14:00 on 28/12 I called again and again so called e-mails was sent, but no one comes back to me the client. On 27/12 afternoon I told the lady that if it is not fixed by en of the day on 28/12 they must cancel the contract with emediate effect and without cancellation fee. I want to know who gave them the right to book the 5th without consulting with me. Vodacom customer service is totally useless.
Wonderful client services, goes out of their way to assist clients, assisted me so good with modifications on my Intex pool. Great job, keep on doing so.
I bought an Item from NewChic, Buffalo is their logistics company, according to NC I should have received my parcel by 15 December 2020, I already paid import tax on 15 December, early morning. I had a fall-out with a Bianca since I needed the parcel by no later then Wednesday 23 December 2020 since I am leaving early morning on 24 December. Nothing has been done, matter of fact they choose the longest time to ship it to me... via Paxi 7-9 days!!!!
Yea even 1 star is way to much. I bought an item on 02 December 2020, the original delivery date was 15 December 2020. After a fall-out yesterday with the original logistics company, they handed it over to Paxi this morning, and that on the 7-9 day service. I needed it by the latest 23 December 2020. Now I am the owner of that parcel, I paid for it by I have no say regarding it, I requested for the address to be changed to the first PEP shop the will receive their parcels tomorrow and I will go and collect, but "who is the client, ***** the client, we don't need them" Well Paxi you are pathetic!!!!!! I will never make use of you!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I order something and find out they use you, I will cancel it like in yesterday!!!!!
When I applied at Mweb for an account I receive an email account included. I applied for Vodacom Fibre, first time I spoke to them they said I get my fibre line and an email account, now that I want to activate the email account, they tell me sorry no email accounts on fibre products, so now I pay more for vodacom fibre only then what I paid for at mweb and telkom together, pay more for less services. How can they start a service without having everything in place??? I must now pay R650 p/m for vodacom that is R70 more then with mweb and telkom, plus I must pay an additional R99 p/m to keep my mweb email accounts running so now it is R169 p/m extra. Vodacom staff is also incompetent to work with clients. I cancelled my vodacom mobile and promised myself never again. But now that I need fibre, they think they are to good, and set fibre only to be provided by them. VODACOM IS PATHETIC!!!!!
This is the 2nd time that I order goods from CCTV Direct. From my first e-mail to them till my final e-mail from them takes about 2 - 3 hours. Then I recieve my goods between 3 - 4 working days. This is now a company that I really can recommend Thank you Mike.
