Opened my son's fixed on the app, funds matured interest was paid into his savings account, then a 32day notice account was opened without my consent for the capital . I was told it is because I didn't put an instruction for the capital which I did not give anyone consent to open that account. I was charged R550 for the early withdrawal which wasn't an early release stil had to wait 24hrs. I logged a complaint which no one bothered coming back to me, I went to the branch to close all his accounts then there's a fee for R165 which I fail to understand what that is for. I'm really not happy with the way Nedbank operates, I'm glad I'm no longer a part of it.
Had a horrible experience at home affairs benoni this afternoon just because I got there at 15:30, I waited in the queue to collect my son's birth certificate which I requested for his names to be changed, one of the guys took my receipt to check if the names where correctly amended which they where but now I had to be turned back due to the fact that the cashier whom I had to make a payment at has knocked off which I fail to understand because I was still within the premises, this is really frustrating if our government employees treat us like they doing us a favour by doing their jobs, they don't have the respect for their jobs and they dont know how to deal with people, their attitudes are really scary. At times you even afraid of asking them anything because really it's bad, something needs to be done about its really annoying
What a terrible experience iv had with northmead square security for clamping my car. Had knocked off already to do my shopping at the square and because of the weather condition I decided to park where apparently I'm not supposed to park . when I came back from the shops found my car clamped, had to pay R200 which I never signed up for nor given terms and Conditions of their policy. All four of my colleagues parked with me their cars were not clamped which I really find very strange and unfair on me. On top of that the terrible attitude I got from the security guard together with the centre manager i m really disappointed and upset
