Poor and bad service by Nedbank
Very poor service, waiting to served by the tellers and there's no one to serve the customers. No one is bothering to explain to us as customers as to how is going, we requested to see the branch manager without any success, this is the worst Nedbank branch.

Poor and bad service by Nedbank
Very poor service, waiting to served by the tellers and there's no one to serve the customers. No one is bothering to explain to us as customers as to how is going, we requested to see the branch manager without any success, this is the worst Nedbank branch.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS!
I asked for snuff for a snuff canon and was sold snuss. When I returned it the next day I was told they dont sell snuff. When I asked the owner to give me my money back as did not ask for snuss I wanted snuff he refused. He told me to go sell it online. When I told him that I will never buy from him shop again he told me told me to not come back and started yelling at me to get out of his shop. I have never been humiliated like this ever. I gave him the snuss seeing that I had no use for it, and he is obviously desperate for sales and does not have the money to give back as I was the only customer in the shop on both days I was there. I can see why its because of the way he treats customers.

I sent money at Checkers Northmead on Friday afternoon at 17:43. The person that helped me was Bonisa Thela according to the slip. The person that wanted to collect the money could not. They said that the pin was wrong. I went back to Checkers Northmead on Sunday afternoon at 16:15. This time around Pensive Ngobeni assisted me,according to the slip. IShe gave me another cellphone nr. ,which I do not know that was connected to the transaction. I had to pay another R10.00 and she said that Checkers would contact me. It is Thuesday and nothing from them yet. Be aware of Checkers Northmead.

Great service and good food
Had a lovely evening with my family. Danelle, the manager and Fatso the waiter ensure we had a super evening. Food was great, service excellent and atmosphere relaxing. Well done guys!

I called the branch to enquire after marked down price for butter. The lady who answered put me on hold to investigate. When this took too long, I put down the phone. 5 minutes later, the same person called me back with the information. Well done!

Unfairly treated
What a terrible experience iv had with northmead square security for clamping my car. Had knocked off already to do my shopping at the square and because of the weather condition I decided to park where apparently I'm not supposed to park . when I came back from the shops found my car clamped, had to pay R200 which I never signed up for nor given terms and Conditions of their policy. All four of my colleagues parked with me their cars were not clamped which I really find very strange and unfair on me. On top of that the terrible attitude I got from the security guard together with the centre manager i m really disappointed and upset
