I ordered an emergency tyre pressure pump from Takealot, to my surprise the order was cancelled without me informed, what frustrates me is that their customer care communication is not user friendly, I only became aware when I was tracking the order, no communication from them, this is unacceptable
I had a wonderful experience with the upgrading process, very seamless with my sales person Warren been on top of his game and for that I give them 120%. However this excellent service was spoiled by the fact that they do not give you a spare key even when they have it, on 05.12.2025 I accidently locked the car key in the boot while I was in Crystal Park which is less than 10 minutes drive to their Atlasville branch and their Head Office, they refused me with the spare key and I had to pay the locksmith more than a thousand rand to open the car while they are sitting with the spare key, this is unfair and they must reconsider this position, they could have given me the key so that I can open the car and from there return it to them.
I am not happy with the budget insurance have responded after my review on hello peter , firstly how can an assessor determine the cost of the when he is not a service provider, the cost must be made by the service provider who will be doing the actual repairs, meaning that three quotation must be sourced from a reliable service provider , this company is unfair.
My employer submitted my membership termination form to the Sizwe Hosmed of which Sizwe Hosmed issued a membership termination certificate on 30 October 2025 with the termination/resignation date of 31 December 2025, to my surprise I received a text message saying my membership is terminated on 30 November 2025, something which I have questioned, and I did not receive any response from them, today the 1st of December 2025, I went to the pharmacy to get medication on my OTC but I was told it did not go through because the member is not active, however at the same time they keep on sending me messages about the HIV program, Sizwe Hosmed is not taking me serious or respect me as their client , I had to pay the medication cash from my pocket because of their poor administration which is unfair,
Budget insurance is failing to address my issue where I dispute their assessor's report because it is not a true reflection of the discussion between me and their assessors, I have written a number of emails with no luck. But instead I keep on receiving a text message from them asking me to authorize a debi-check , they this on tv when they advertise but do the opposite when they must process a claim, this is misleading.
On 02 October 2025 I visited Identity store in Benoni, Lakeside branch, while I looking for some sizes on the items I wanted to buy, a lady in the name Mathato came to rescue and ensure that I get the right size , she saw me while she was at the cashiers counter that I am struggling and came to my rescue. I left the store being the happiest person because of her excellent work and quality service she gave. This lady deserves to be rewarded one way or another, she represented the very well which is true reflection that the leader there Mapula has a good influence on her team, five star performance
This company is harassing me for their own gross negligence, they failed to update my banking details on time even though I have made them aware on time. They have admitted in writing that they were at fault, but still don't want to take responsibility for their actions, they do this just because I am about to finish paying this car, this company is cruel, stay away from them. They keep sending different people to send me emails, pure harassment!!
I have spent R40 airtime calling this business about the cancellation of my policy with them , one their employees gave me her email address and she is not responding to my email, i have sent them my bank details for them to refund me but my emails are just ignored, instead i receive emails and messages in a language that i dont understand the same reason that has led to me cancelling this policy. They have until to date failed to refund me or just confirming that they have received my email with the bank details for a refund.
the company wants me to pay for their own gross negligence by failing to update the bank details after i have comp**** with the contract by informing them on time about these changes, now their coming with a new story today that my payment was reversed, very strange because they are always the first ones to get into my bank account and take their money, i find the behavior of this to be very disturbing and harassing as i have been a loyal customer who does not deserve this type of treatment. They have admitted that they were at fault and even apologized in writing but they still want to punish me for their own gross negligence. This is unfair and unacceptable. I suspect that they are doing this because by the end of May i will be having this car for three years
Rain keeps on attempting to take money from my account even though i have complained about their poor service and the network that goes dead every evening when it is needed most. I have since cancelled or terminated the month to month contract but today they attempted to take money from my account when they have through their chat platform confirmed that there is a cancellation. Their continuation to attempt getting money from my account is costing me unnecessary bank charges. Unfortunately they are the worst ISP i have ever dealt with, they have completely failed to identify the problem that causes the network to go off every time after 17:00
