I had a bad experience a while ago at this Clicks. I should have avoided going this store this morning. Just another bad experience at the self medication counter with Mr. bad attitude behind that counter. Avoid this Clicks.
I have deposited money at the money marked at Northmead Checkers Square a week ago. The person that I send the money to wanted to withdraw the money and they said that the pin is wrong. Last Sunday I went back to Chechers and they said that Chechers would send me a pin. It never happened and I called Checkers Northmead Square. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he will call me back in afrw minutes. It never happened. I contacted Checkers Head office. The lady called me on Friday and said that the manager could not call me back because of the renovations. What a lame excuse from Checkers Head office. How did I call them if the telephones was not working. I went to Checkers Northmead Square yesterday afternoon and manage to withdraw the money and deposited it again. When the person I send the money to, wanted to withdraw the money today they said that the money was already withdrawn.I gave nobody else the pin. Obviously as many as possible moments of dissatisfaction, to customers is Checkers's motto. In the booming economy, it is obviously necessary to get rid of customers. What a *****ulent company.
I sent money at Checkers Northmead on Friday afternoon at 17:43. The person that helped me was Bonisa Thela according to the slip. The person that wanted to collect the money could not. They said that the pin was wrong. I went back to Checkers Northmead on Sunday afternoon at 16:15. This time around Pensive Ngobeni assisted me,according to the slip. IShe gave me another cellphone nr. ,which I do not know that was connected to the transaction. I had to pay another R10.00 and she said that Checkers would contact me. It is Thuesday and nothing from them yet. Be aware of Checkers Northmead.
I had a bad experience with, on True caller He is Admire. His number is 0628203115. He gave me a missed call and expected me to call him back. When I called him, he was at the wrong address and had a bad attitude. Too many problems with the Courier guy and Pudo. A pity that you do not give the option of minus zero stars
I had a really bad experience just now at Pick a Pay Northmead at the food counter. I had wait at the food counter while they had staff at the back of the counter. One of the Pick a Pay staff, I assume it is a manager, stood on the customer's side of the counter. When I eventually got their attention the staff member made degrading remarks at me. U decided to leave the order. Obviously to them the customer is just a nuisance and they do not need customers paying their salaries.
The transaction went through from my account. The amount is R552.60. The manager and the cashier wants me to pay again for the transaction.
More than a week ago, on the Sunday 11 December 2022, I paid with a debit card. The transaction went of my bank account and I showed the cashier the transaction on mobile phone. She said that I my pay again. The transaction went through again, meaning that I paid double. On the Monday I contacted the Complaints department of Clicks and the let me know that they will come back to me in two working days. Today on 21 December 2022 they did not come back to me.
