A great shopping experience. they were priced well. The technical team was available on the multiple occasions I called to get info on an item. they even called me back when they missed my call and were knowledgeable and very helpful. Payments was seamless and I received delivery updates throughout. The package was wrapped in gold wrapping paper with a black ribbon and had a personalised thank you note. It felt like dealing with a person instead of a company.
I have had a great experience with Superior Spa. Charl was very helpful in answering my questions. The team were efficient in installing it and Eugene is a great guy as well as being knowledgeable. They also did the composite decking and it was excellent workmanship. 2 years later and the spa and decking work great. I installed a spa from the rhino spa range.
Telkom Has been a good service provider for the 8 years I have used them. They only really lacked in the after sales service. My current contract phone is need of repairs under the 2 year samsung warranty. Samsung need a proof of purchase or contract with the IMEI number. I went to a telkom store for it but because it was taken out online, They directed me to the online department who suggested i have to contact a Third party provider. I contacted them and they took my ID to check but haven't got back to me. I contacted online and insisted ut was with them and not a third party so they said to email Online01@telkom.co.za but the email doesn't exist and an error message is returned. I contacted the social media team and they said they would contact me but nothing. Its the worst service from a telco service provider and not worth taking out a contract with them, even for the slightly cheaper pricing.
