I am honestly tired of calling vodacom and going behind them for my refund this is getting annoying now
IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2020 I WAS DEBITED MORE THAN MY USUAL AGREED CONTRACT AMOUNT WHEN I CALLED VODACOM INSURANCE TO ENQUIRE I WAS TOLD THAT THE SYSTEM ACTIVATED INSURANCE FOR ME ...I THEN ASKED THE CONSULTANT TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE I NEVER CALLED IN OR ASKED ANYONE TO ACTIVATE IT FOR ME, THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL CANCEL AND REQUEST FOR REFUND I CALLED TWICE AFTER THE INITIAL CALL ON THE 15TH OF OCTOBER 2020, REQUESTING FOR MY REFUND AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT, SOMEONE BETTER REFUND ME BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF VODACOM AND THEIR STUPID DELAYS
Kempton Park Traffic Department is very poor and pathetic, I took a half day on the 13 of November to sort out my license renewal issues I arrived there at 13:23pm and I was told that they cut the queue at 11:00am anyone that comes after 11:00am Won’t be assisted they must come back the next day... I made left and went back the next day which is the 14th of November I got to the traffic department at 8:10am the doors where open however the staff has not started working they where busy drinking tea while people are standing outside on this long queue... These are not just “people “ these are South African TAX PAYERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just feel that our government officials are not taking ya serious we also have things to do and errands to run we don’t have time to camp at a traffic department We are disrespected as tax payers and this is not fair I don’t understand why do government officials always have to get away with poor service delivery to the community this is wrong and our government should do something about it. At the end of the day these people are getting paid for Doing the work or should I say as TAX PAYERS out tax contributions are paying their salaries!!!! Can someone please do something about this really!!!!
Telkom mall of Africa the service here is pathetic, I went there for a contract phone application I even paid a deposit I am a busy business man but it seems like I have to beg people to do their job, if I can’t be assisted I will take my business else where...
I am so unhappy with the service that I received from Vodacom Repair Centre in New Market Alberton, the service the is so pathetic and the staff is incompetent, they don’t know the meaning of customer service, I took my charger in for repairs and they ordered a new charger they called to notify me that it was ready for collection on Monday the 23rd of July 2018 however I was out of town and I notifying the consultant that I will collect the charger before end of the week today is Friday the 27th of July when I get to the shop I am told that the charger has been sent back, no one cared to call and ask if they can send back the charger . I travelled all the way from Kempton Park to Alberton just for nonsense.
I went to Sterns Irene Mall to cancel my layby when I got the I was not assisted I was told that they do not have enough money however I will be contacted later to collect my money , no one cared to contact me as promised, I need my refund today.
