Non payment since 2010. Suggested to the company to pay me instalments. How does a big company do this to small businesses. Respectfully/cried for my sweat and labour.
Jbn 4Z010101/ET/RT/T3 Given OR Tambo 8/3/22 My ticket l purchased at checkers , for the flight on the 28th of Jan. I could not fly out due to lockdown. When l went to the Airport on the 8th of March to schedule my flight l was informed it was issued for the 8th of February by Ms.Grootboom. I never received an sms or any notification. Second letter she informed me Mrs.Ncube utilised my bookings. I wanted to schedule my flight for the 18th of March and she said she cannot help me.
My account 62779547135 has been frozen for two months. No explanation/ or reason given. This is not the first time, my accounts were also frozen in September no reason or explanation given. I have been banking with FNB since year 2000. If lam undesirable customer let FNB close my account. I reported the matter to FNB CEO email nothing was done this was on 31/12/31. Whoever is freezing my account and acting like a God. This has too stop it shows l dont need to have an account.
I reported a claim a on the 3rd of November. I refaxed the court order for the claim. ever since I have been receiving automated messages your complaint is a priority we are looking into your problem ref: 0CM20152541 ; ref: 0CM20145580 ; ref: 0CM20149382 ; ref: CRM00004022394 ref: CRM00004022357 and ref: SF4852644. There is no one who has phoned and informed me at what stage is the process. The claim issued by the court was meant to be paid already within 10 days. Old Mutual has no respect of the Court Order. This claim has affected four children who are out of school , Monday exams start they cannot write exams and they will have to repeat a grade. Old Mutual is insensitive. Mr. Ian Williams are your children out of school? When the ladies took a coffin to the branch it is this kind of service I am experiencing. Old Mutual are I am disappointed by your service . The fact that they are children involved and you have turned a blind eye towards this. Shame on You Old Mutual! You are not a breath of fresh air.
A court order was issued by Randburg Regional Court to attach pension for maintainace not paid. The court clerk scanned and emailed to the super fund to payout. i followed up with an email and a telephone call to explain that children have been out of school for five weeks. if the payment is not made they will have to repeat their grades. Exams are starting tomorrow Iam at my wits end i have panic attacks. Please help

I waited 3hrs for a service - no apology,except a rude lecture from petra.(02Nov17) 7 November 2017(10h00) - told ADT would appear but failed to do so,and when had prior engagement set before this arrangement it exceeded set time for meeting! I WAS THREATENED with withdrawal from debit for call out fee(ADT) after waiting for their arrival!
