bought a vehicle that was involved in a collision and this was not disclosed by the dealership
I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Brio 2016 from the Claremont dealership. Unsatisfied with my vehicle i sent it to Dekra for inspection where it was found that I had been sold a vehicle that was involved in a collision. I have referred the matter to the principle manager, pre-owned manager and sales consultant . They swopped the vehicle and gave me another unsatisfactory vehicle of which I have also taken back(2014 model). My concern is also that I was sold a vehicle that was not even inspected by the workshop, putting me and my family in danger. This whole deal has been such a drag if I have not traded in my vehicle with them I would seriously cancel the deal. Is it common practise of Honda SA of cheating people of their hard earned money.

false advertising builders card
i applied for a builders card online it was approved , one of the main reasons i opened this account its because i am currently renovating my home . i am based in Cape town renovating my home in east london one of the benefits listed online for builders card is i will get an additional card for a family member i figured this account will be perfect i can get my mom the additional card .i phoned the call centre to get this additional card customer service told me there is no such card , i asked for a team leader who confirmed yes there is an additional card i can go to builders to get one this was friday 01/12/18 ,today i went back to the store we phoned rcs to activate the additional card i was told i must wait 90days to get an additional card.i asked customer service to get me my contract that indicate 90days waiting period because on my online application there is no such information i am still waiting .

Wrong order
We ordered two wacky Wednesday veggie we drove back home from Rosemead avenue to wynberg burgers were beef ,we immediately got nausea ,it's such disappointing service ,let alone having to waste petrol by driving back to the store and get a manager who is downplaying the seriousness of the matter
