I bought a Honda Jazz from Honda Cape Town. I wasn't quite happy with the specific one I bought. They had no issues at all in me returning the vehicle. They even allowed me to keep the vehicle well after the 5 day cool off period to try and assist me find something more suitable. Although we could not find something, they were friendly, understanding and helpful throughout. I have no problem in referring family and friends there and will surely go there when I want to buy a car again. There is always a concern when buying a vehicle from a dealer that their service and attitude will change after they have your money...but not so with Honda Cape Town. They really offer good service. (I dealt with TC and Wakefield). Well done Honda Cape Town.

Words will not do justice to the amount of gratitude I have for the continued exceptional service from Shubaynah Pietersen from Honda Canal Walk. She assisted me with everything I required and continuously went the extra mile to ensure the pre-owned car I purchased was delivered in excellent showroom condition. Purchasing my first car through a dealer via a bank, everything was new to me, but Shubaynah made it one of the best experiences. I don't think I've ever met a sales executive more dedicated, hard-working, involved and friendly than her. Who says a female can't sell a car better than a male? Go to Honda Canal Walk, speak to Shubaynah and you'll be the happiest customer ever! Thank you Shubaynah! :)

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Brio 2016 from the Claremont dealership. Unsatisfied with my vehicle i sent it to Dekra for inspection where it was found that I had been sold a vehicle that was involved in a collision. I have referred the matter to the principle manager, pre-owned manager and sales consultant . They swopped the vehicle and gave me another unsatisfactory vehicle of which I have also taken back(2014 model). My concern is also that I was sold a vehicle that was not even inspected by the workshop, putting me and my family in danger. This whole deal has been such a drag if I have not traded in my vehicle with them I would seriously cancel the deal. Is it common practise of Honda SA of cheating people of their hard earned money.

Today i was at Honda Cape Town and I overheard the manager mentioning that something Honda should be liable for will be pinned on one of their mechanics. I'm etremely disappointed as i find it both disturbing and unprofessional that such discussions happen so openly, as well as the fact that how can i trust a company that does not look after their clients safety or have faith in the "qualified" staff. I was about to buy car from them, but what if something goes wrong and they fire someone because they dont own up to their defective mnagement. DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC, and coming from a manager.

I advise that you do not buy or support this company.

My family member purchased a 2014 Honda Brio off the show room floor from the Tygervalley Honda branch. 8 months after my purchase I noticed rust started to surface, underneath the bonnet, roof, side windows, bolts, hinges and boot. After raising the alarm to Honda they sent me to Dells to have it repaired, done this now 3 times so far and still have the same issue. Best of all still no response from any Management from Honda!!! Very disappointed dealing with Honda.

Honda Cape Town has serviced my Honda Jazz. A major Service. It coust over 5000. I specifically asked them to fix the loose clutch, they said something needs to be tightened but they do not have the tools !!!!!!

There is also a global airbag issue for Honda. They should replace the airbag, I am still waiting for over a month for them to get back to me.

This is absolute rubbish.
