Bought a Dominator Pro at The Pool Shop Durbanville 12 months ago. It worked well for the first 11 months. Then it slowed down and just gets stuck in the corners. It a brand new pool with an over sized pump and I maintain the system. The pool shop first tried to blame my sand filter, then the pump. Eventually I borrowed a MX6 from a friend and plumbed it in - worked flawlessly. Went back to the shop and told them to fix the piece of ****. a week later I get a video back that it is working in their pool. Put it back in mine same old troubles. Pathetic product with even worse after sales.
Wesbank after 2 weeks of settling my account has not resolved my account which is still showing a neg balance and accumulating interest. Wasted R200 in air time without getting through to an operator, 40min going to FNB and still not getting it resolved plus frustration. Who will reimburse me for that!? People stay away please. Service is non existent. And they want to make additional money by being dishonest by the looks of thing. FNB and Wesbank wake up!
Incompetant does not answer emails or phone calls. Paid settlement amount yet account shows in arrears. THIEVES. FNB U losing a good client
