I have had the most horrible experience back and forth on chats and calls with Mweb promising me a technician will come out. Now i see i have been billed twice for a line that is not even connected properly. I wanted to move to Vumatel but i am regretting this entire experience. One technician put in the fibre line and i am waiting for another technician to come out and connect my router. I cant even access the router on my browser so i dont know what they have done. They are very quick to bill you for s service you cant even use. Very dissapointed!
Linda Mitchel from Wakefield's is the most rude arrogant woman I have ever dealt with! Talking above me and telling me she doesnt need my business. Also stating that I must earn R27 000 pm to rent a place of R9000pm. I have never heard of such ****! Learn some telephone etiquette Linda! In your line of work you should be building long lasting relationships! Disgusting!
Disgusting service my roses are dead and mouldy absolutely appaled!! I expect my husband to receive a refund for these so-called 12 roses he paid for! DISSAPOINTED!
Order was eventually dispatched 2 weeks later. Order status has been sitting as dispatched since last week and i cannot request a return until your Admin changes the status of my order to delivered. This has been such an agonising experience and will in future use Spree. This is the fourth consecutive bad experience and i have now learnt my lesson. Enough is enough
Orders are taking 2 weeks to process and there is no feedback received from Zando. My oder is still in processing! You guys need to up your game because Spree is close behind! Pity Spree has a delivery charge but if it means i receive my order a few days after ordering then i will rather take that route! Come on guys!
I was busy reversing outside of my childs school in Westville this morning when i blonde lady in a Toyota Yaris driving a company vehicle raced passed me causing me to hit my breaks! Do you know the speed limit outside of schools? What if a child was busy crossing or stepped back out of the car? Irresponsible driving especially in a Company vehicle!
