Please don't ever use momentum to insure your household, they are the most pathetic, ***********,and useless!!! Company ever!!! It's now been 2 and half months that we have put through claim because we had damage to our property and after numerous calls ,**** promises and 6 reference numbers they have still not come through to fix the damage. Whenever we call they tell us the claim is approved or the contractors coming through to date no phone call has been received neither is there a follow up with regards to a contractor sorting out our property. We have been with momentum insurance for the last 6 years and this is the first time we have put through a claim and it's so disappointing that they service delivery sucks!!! When it's time to pay the premium it's on time but when it's time to have them honour the premium they don't give us the service delivery expected. How does this work as an insurance company. Its now come to a point where it's 2 and half months the damages are getting worse yet they will only pay for what they deem fit and not the full value. Agents are so confused they have no clue what is going on I have to sing the same story each and everytime I speak to a consultant and the same response is the contractor will call you the next day but 2 and a half months down the line I am still awaiting that call. I urge never to ensure with them as they don't understand the core of customer service, delivery, efficiency and keeping the customer or client happy
Owing to the very poor service i have recieved at cafe vigour at suncoast entertainment world, i wish to air my complaints as i was unhappy with the staffs attitude and poor service.Firstly at arrival we get seated and menus are given , however we waited an extended amount of time (20 mins) for our orders to be taken dispite not being busy as it was not on a weekend but a weekday. Secondly the service was very slow it took nearly 45 mins for our food to be fully prepared and what made matters worse was that after waiting so long our meals were cold. Thirdly we have ordered our drinks with our meals and received our drinks while we were already half way done with our meals .The coffee was cold ,we asked the milk to be hot but instead they gave us cold milk .With the intention of taking my parents out for supper it became really disappointing as they had to wait including us and it was quiet embarrasing for us. This is was the worst experience of my life , if this is the customer service recieved by cafe vigour you should consider improving the service or shut it down as the service being offered is totally pathetic. Abosoulety wonderful service from Faiza Khan. I walked into naartjie pavilion just before 7 and faiza assisted me. She was so helpful and patient even thou they was about to close. I was looking for a complete outfit that i needed the next day and she gave me astounding service. Not once did she rush me or show any hurry to leave. She is most definitely one of the most helpful and dedicated staff that i have met. She should be highly rewarded for her excellent service. I will most definitely shop at naartjie just because of her service. Great job faiza.
