Went for supper a few weeks ago at Golden Horse, PMB, and we were shocked by how this place has deteriorated in both food quality and service. The waitresses are disinterested and slow….we waited ages for our drinks and food. We were left unattended and many times we saw the staff hanging around talking amongst themselves rather than coming to our table. The food was a huge disappointment as the burger I ordered was pretty much a plated McDonalds meal. The burger was also the wrong meat that I had ordered, but since it came so late, I let it go. **The big shocker was our bill. The waitress graciously reminded us about using our Tsogo Sun card for a 10% discount, and interestingly, she kept the slip, to which we added a 10% (undeserved) tip. Once home, we realised that the Member discount was NOT credited to us, which makes her tip DOUBLE the amount at the end of the day. This was extremely crafty, and appears as a clever way to get a 20% tip. When we returned to question this the next day, we were told nothing can be done and the manager had left. We were promised he’d contact us, and to this day we have not heard from him. I do not recommend this place.

Friday Night I didn't feel like cooking so we decided to go out for some fine dining. Cafe Vigour was somewhat busy so there was a bit of a wait for our food but the waiter was very polite and friendly making the wait not so bad. My steak was a little over done when I requested it be medium so I had to send it back however my husband's wings were delicious and he enjoyed every bite , he and my daughter also shared a pizza which they both enjoyed immensely. My calamari starter was also 👌 very nice. The steak I received after returning my overdone was one done to perfection. I think all in all it was an extremely lovely evening.

I ordered a T-bone steak well done. I was definitely not well done at I could not even cut the meat it was so hard. I informed the waitress that I can't eat the meat cause it was so hard. And she asked if I wanted to speak to the supervisor I said no cause I wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt. Then I asked her to take away the food and bring the dessert 🍨 the table was still full of food and empty glass and some of the empty plates cause as I had came with my friends. Instead of first cleaning the table she just puts the dessert in the table. I had to ask her to clean the table and take away the plates 🍽 then bring the dessert. That really got me upset, I am really disappointed 😞

Owing to the very poor service i have recieved at cafe vigour at suncoast entertainment world, i wish to air my complaints as i was unhappy with the staffs attitude and poor service.Firstly at arrival we get seated and menus are given , however we waited an extended amount of time (20 mins) for our orders to be taken dispite not being busy as it was not on a weekend but a weekday. Secondly the service was very slow it took nearly 45 mins for our food to be fully prepared and what made matters worse was that after waiting so long our meals were cold. Thirdly we have ordered our drinks with our meals and received our drinks while we were already half way done with our meals .The coffee was cold ,we asked the milk to be hot but instead they gave us cold milk .With the intention of taking my parents out for supper it became really disappointing as they had to wait including us and it was quiet embarrasing for us. This is was the worst experience of my life , if this is the customer service recieved by cafe vigour you should consider improving the service or shut it down as the service being offered is totally pathetic. <p>I am at cafe vigour and ordering pasta for 3 people and the manager is rude who got no customer service experience whatsoever who denies us from changing our order of penne to fettucinni!! Terrible service!! Hope the owner calls me so I can voice my concerns!!</p>
