Today on the 7th September I went to Wimpy in Pietermaritzburg at Woodburn, I initially wanted to go withdraw money at the ATM and go back home but I saw wimpy store I got excited and I went in and ordered a caffe late and a light meal. This was my first time at Woodburn Wimpy and I was looking forward to having a peaceful morning. Little did I know a few minutes later two guys walked in from uber eats to collect their order and while they were waiting for their collection another uber eats guy also came in to collect. The two guys started to push this guy making a scene at the restaurant that he was a foreigner and why are they working with foreigners. This continued for an hour they were threatening the staff, shouting, saying that next time they will come with guns in the store and shot at everyone. One of the staff member called for help and later the security company come and they was an altercation and they refused to leave the store customers were rushing out of the restaurant, I paid asked for a take out cause I could not stand to watch this any longer. I was really traumatized to the point that I could not even eat my food, I am mostly afraid for the staff members that had to go through such a horrible experience and judging from those guys comments they are going to come back to make sure that foreigners are out of business. Maybe Wimpy should consider having a security for our safety and the staff.

I was ****med and an amount of R10 000 was withdrawn by someone who pretended to be from Tyme bank and had all my details, transaction activities and I thought that I was speaking to someone from the bank and i gave away my details to the impersonater. Fortunately R5900 was recoverable that was not withdrawn and on the 8th April 2025 I was called by Sibulele Pula the fruad investigator from Tyme bank. Because I had initially called to find out about the money that was not managed to be withdrawn as to when I can expect to receive the money back and he said that because I had requested that the money be transferred to a different bank due to my lack of trust Sibulele said it will take 7 days to reflect in my account after the 9th days I called and I spoke to Luyanda Ndamase ***** analysts. And when I asked about the progress for the payment I was not provided a straight clear answer and when I requested to speak to Sibulele Pula who was the person who took my proof of account and promised to assist me in transferring the money that was recovered. I was told that he was in a meeting and I asked to speak to the team Leader Happy Mzolo I was not afforded the apportunity and I even sent Sibulele an email asking him to call me back regarding the refund but he never responded to my email. I am very disappointed that firstly that my personal information was licked and money was ****med out of my account, secondly the lack of professionalism and empathy towards their customer. Having lost so much money in a banking institution that I had trusted to look after my money and protect my information now I have to deal with the staff that do not take their customers seriously and do not respond to their email and who promise to get back to you but never do. All I ask is that they bring back my money so I can walk away and never have to bank with Tyme bank, I think I made a mistake trusting them with my information and money. I hope that Sibulele Pula or the team leader Happy Mzolo will get back to me eventually and the money will be transferred to my account.
I went to McDonald's in Richard's bay to buy a Big Mac meal and I realized that they had only given me one tomato sauce sachet. I asked for an extra one because I like my ****** and chips spread with tomato and the lady that was serving me refused and when I insisted she called the manager. The manager said I needed to pay 50c extra for one sachet. I was upset cause this was the first time I have heard such, I have been to lots of McDonald's and I have never heard such. I was ready to cancel my order since McDonald's is a franchise you will expect consistency in all of their store regardless where I buy. In summary the manager said she will take the 50c out of her salary to buy me the extra sachet. I am sorry I will never go to that McDonald's
I ordered a T-bone steak well done. I was definitely not well done at I could not even cut the meat it was so hard. I informed the waitress that I can't eat the meat cause it was so hard. And she asked if I wanted to speak to the supervisor I said no cause I wanted to give them a benefit of a doubt. Then I asked her to take away the food and bring the dessert 🍨 the table was still full of food and empty glass and some of the empty plates cause as I had came with my friends. Instead of first cleaning the table she just puts the dessert in the table. I had to ask her to clean the table and take away the plates 🍽 then bring the dessert. That really got me upset, I am really disappointed 😞

The experience was quick and the lady at Mi_Way insured that help gets to me as soon as possible and I didn't even have to wait for long. She communicate everything and I felt calm and rest assured that help was on its way. I really wanna thank her for helping me.
As a first time buyer of a new home my experience was very unpleasant. Due to expectations not being met and lack of communication. When ever I follow-up on progress I dont receive prompt response i have to keep sending emails begging them to attend to my email. When I went for inspection of the house, things that we agreed they will attend to, I am not getting feedback. But I get emails after emails to sign completion letter without them having to honor their promises. I am really frustrated with Calgro M3 development.
