Digital planets is the worst delivery company , working on behalf of fnb. I called in this morning wanting to speak to a manager and I was told that there is no manager available. I then call into the callcentre now and spoke to Tebogo who was not helpful at all. I asked again to speak to a manager and was told his not available, he then refers me to his 2ic and then comes back on the line and says she is also in a meeting. It is their time to close hence they not taking my calls. Now it is 17:00pm and I have still not received my order and they cant even answer me why my order is not delivered. Please cancel my order due to this pathetic service !! I also informed Tebogo I am lodging a social media complaint and he just does not care. Pathetic service and no delivery of my order
I am very disappointed, I was unable to make any online purchases since this morning.
I requested a rate review on my homeland, the consultant who was assisting me telephonically had no knowledge of the rate review , it was then escalated and the offering was so low that they forcing me to open an account with them to give me a better rate. I then requested to speak to a manager and they try calling me and then send me an email to call Vimla Govender. I sent an email today for Vimla to call me in the home loans division and no call received. Very poor service and I am going to move my home loan to FNB where I am banking
I purchased an esim and it did not work, I then see a deduction for service fees of R340.00 and I see had to pay my monthly fees. I want a refund, this bank is charging fees even if u doing a transfer. I want my service fees refunded and for my esim today or I will move my account to another bank!!
I opened a discovery bank account yesterday, I clearly asked the agent will I get rewarded for buying from checkers and her response was yes. I then asked her about the promotion that was running for this month which she was clueless about and I asked her if I would get the discovery shares if I open this account with her and she confirmed yes. To my surprise now I see i am not going to rewarded from checkers. Now I am also doubting I will get the discovery shares this month. Please I need to cancel this pathetic account and Service today. I need my shares which I invested in to be refunded back to me. The service and knowledge of the agent is pathetic
Recently upgraded my cheque and Credit card accounts to premiere. I am now being charged more after my agreed amount which was only couple months. I am now being told that every transfer I make to other banks i am now being charged for each transaction. I called in yesterday to downgrade my account as I am not happy with all these fees and I am told I must wait couple days. I will close this account together with all my investment accounts and I am going to voice my concerns on other social media sites.
Pathetic service and delivery, lodged a complaint on the 3rd of May. No response on email or telephone. I contacted Woolworth today and asked to speak to a manager and no one called me. Spoke to Kultwano ( not sure of surname) she did not want to give me her surname, spoke to Mellisa who also did not want to transfer me to a manager regarding my online purchase on woolies dash. Such pathetic service
I am absolutely disgusted with the products received, firstly I ordered a 1000w food processor, they send me a 300w and a completely different unit, today I received my office chair which is completely different from the one I ordered. I have supported takealot for a long time now and I would not be supporting them again. I can't understand how they cannot get it right are they blind when the order is being handed over !! GUYS STAY AWAY !!
I have being charged courier fees for upgrading my account, this bank went into my account without my authorization and charged me R280, I was told I am not going to be charged any courier fees for my bank cards. I was also told that by upgrading my account I will receive more ebucks and this is false information. I want my account downgraded to the original account, this is a **** !!
This is the first and last time I will order online from Makro, firstly I get 3 different delivery dates for one order , although it is different suppliers I would expect one delivery. Secondly my office chair purchased looks like it was used and it is damaged I haven't even assembled it just by observing it i noticed the damages. The courier company does not handle the items with care which is also something I observed Now I am waiting for a return on my office chair and no one can tell me when they coming to collect it, I am told i need to wait for collection this is pathetic. I am going to voice my concerns on other social media platforms. Disgusting service !!
